Happy with agency. Majority of staff good. Always turn up. Normally on time. Good that most staff come regularly. Excellent senior that comes quite a lot. She is great with husband, very empathetic and good understanding.

I have found Amron to be a very well-run company. They offer consistent support from kind, caring, and compassionate carers. They are all fully aware of my needs and support me to live independently in my own home. Giving my family peace of mind that I am seen every day.

As a vulnerable young lady, I was very concerned about having carers come to my home and deliver personal care. The team are professional but friendly. I feel very comfortable and relaxed with my carers.

The staff are very professional, friendly and very caring, they always put a smile on my face when visiting me. They look after all my needs so I can get through the day ahead. I was a little embarrassed to start with but the girls and management put me at ease straight away so showering, putting creams on personal areas and getting dressed is not a problem. They are very reliable and timings are flexible so as to work around my appointments and family commitments. I feel very comfortable chatting to the girls and boys because they have a good ear, and sympathetic shoulder and always know when I am a little down and sad so I get a hug and they make sure I am okay before they leave. I highly recommend Amron Home Help, they have been looking after me for a long time now, so when you live on your own they are a breath of fresh air. Thank you to all at Amron.

Standard of care is satisfactory as expected. All staff very friendly and caring. Notification of arrival time by phone if running late would be helpful. It is nice to see an assortment of carers rather than just one so that we can enjoy different conversations and viewpoints.

Mum would lose her independence without the support of her helpers. Thanks again, appreciated.

All the care team we receive are excellent. The staff go above and beyond and are very helpful. We trust them with our family and are very appreciative of their support with myself and my husband.

They provide a high level of care and show compassion and humour (sometimes needed with my dad) and go out of their way to make his life as comfortable as possible. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

These girls go above and beyond for family care for loved ones. My dad sadly lost his fight but the manager and team made such a big difference in his last 2 months. I wish we had found them sooner. My dad can be a touch awkward, he would say, "I don't want random strangers putting me to bed". This was the first few days. They won him over. Before long he would be asking what time they were coming to see him. I've now found out he told them how scared he was, which he never admitted to his family, he didn't want to look weak to family members but he could confide in the girls. He absolutely adored the team. We miss their visits now he's gone. Please if you want a carer who will be with your loved one longer than 15 mins these are your go-to team. Dad was ill one night they couldn't wake him, they stayed 2 hours till the paramedics arrived. They really are that lovely. We all really appreciate the work you have done.

If you are looking for a care team then I would highly recommend Amron Home Help, I wish I'd discovered them earlier. My husband wasn't keen on the idea of having carers but they soon formed a friendship to the point that he started looking forward to their visits. They are extremely professional and performed their duties to the highest of standards. I am very grateful to them for everything they have done.

Where do l begin, the manager and her team are amazing, they treat our mum with so much respect, they make her laugh on a daily basis, they give her time and look after her so well. She calls them her angels, we feel so lucky to have them looking after our mum.

A great team of kind, thoughtful, caring, and supportive individuals. They are considerate to their client's privacy, needs, etc, polite, have good communication with their client, and family members too, and on a very special occasion have gone above and beyond their call of duty. They are like our extended family.
