Estera and team are absolutely wonderful with Dad. Every member of staff is kind, understanding and full of empathy, as caring as the best family member would be. Care is delivered with humour, kindness and a smile and nothing is too much to ask. Communication is exceptional, the team are extremely responsive. They even have a fabulous system in place where (as a family member of the person cared for) I can review timings, activities requested, activities carried out, staff member on duty etc. Fantastic! Staff are efficient, polite, considerate and helpful and apply common sense to every situation as it arises. They go the proverbial extra mile and do everything to accommodate our wishes. I am beyond impressed and happy, as is Dad, who is always looking forward to their visits! If this sounds too good to be true, trust me, it is true. To the team: It is such a relief to have you all - thank you for what you are doing and how you are doing it. Wonderful.

Mum was cared for by the Unity Team at Hexham. Without exception, Mums carers were very simply outstanding.

The team are the epitome of how care at home should be delivered.

With their help I am regaining my independence and slowly accessing the outside world again. This team of human beings have been my voice when I have been unable to advocate for myself, they have shown compassion and understanding in a world where no one else did (incl. social care and NHS services) and continue to support me in an individualised way. It is through the support of Unity that I have been able to recover a level of capacity, I thought I had lost forever. They're my lifeline and I will forever be thankful for having them in my life.

It is far too early for a meaningful review. Preliminary opinion is that the service is very good. All the personnel we have met have been extremely good in every respect.

I just want to write how impressed we have been with every aspect of my wife's stepfather's care has been. The manager has always gone the extra mile, and every carer has been warm, efficient and very reassuring.

The family are so thankful that our brother is so fortunate to have the most caring and understanding team of carers that go above and beyond to make him happy safe and fulfilled in his own home . As for myself and other family members we cannot thank the whole team for their faultless care and dedication.

The staff are efficient, polite, friendly, considerate and with a good sense of humour, nothing is too much trouble. They have been looking after me for seven months now and I couldn't wish for better, I would be lost without them, what more can I say

Overall we have been very pleased with the service we have received from Unity. We found the manager who visited us first very supportive, helpful and warm, which is why we chose this company above others. She has been consistently helpful, responsive and professional. Our experience of two carers has been from 'good' to 'excellent'. They are prepared to deal efficiently with whatever occurs in a calm and reassuring way. We are new to the caring profession and are impressed by the service we have received from this company.

This is a short term rehabilitation arrangement that was implemented quickly and thoroughly, with good dialogue between the carers and the medical team.

I am very pleased with the staff and the manager of this company. The care I am receiving is also very good, nothing seems to be any trouble to them and I am treated with compassion and dignity.

Generally, I am exceptionally pleased with the level of care I am receiving. The carers are very particular, gentle and kind. The management is efficient and flexible.

My uncle's experience with care agencies has not been altogether positive in the past, with inconsistencies in the times of visits, the quality of the care provided and constant changes in the care team delivering his care. He is however delighted with the quality of his care since Unity took over the provision of his care. He now has 2 regular carers who are experienced and provide a high standard of care and support. As he now has a good and trusting relationship with his carers he is willing to accept support from them to help him manage areas of his care he had been reluctant to allow previous carers to assist him with. I would therefore highly recommend Unity to anyone looking for care and support in their own homes.

We have found the carers friendly, helpful and obliging. We have been very happy with them and will continue to have support. They are always very nice and we are glad to have found them, after trying a previous company who were not as flexible.
