The family are so thankful that our brother is so fortunate to have the most caring and understanding team of carers that go above and beyond to make him happy safe and fulfilled in his own home . As for myself and other family members we cannot thank the whole team for their faultless care and dedication.

The staff are efficient, polite, friendly, considerate and with a good sense of humour, nothing is too much trouble. They have been looking after me for seven months now and I couldn't wish for better, I would be lost without them, what more can I say

I am very pleased with the staff and the manager of this company. The care I am receiving is also very good, nothing seems to be any trouble to them and I am treated with compassion and dignity.

My uncle's experience with care agencies has not been altogether positive in the past, with inconsistencies in the times of visits, the quality of the care provided and constant changes in the care team delivering his care. He is however delighted with the quality of his care since Unity took over the provision of his care. He now has 2 regular carers who are experienced and provide a high standard of care and support. As he now has a good and trusting relationship with his carers he is willing to accept support from them to help him manage areas of his care he had been reluctant to allow previous carers to assist him with. I would therefore highly recommend Unity to anyone looking for care and support in their own homes.

We have found the carers friendly, helpful and obliging. We have been very happy with them and will continue to have support. They are always very nice and we are glad to have found them, after trying a previous company who were not as flexible.

This company was recommended to me in February 2024 I am so pleased with the care I get. I also told my friend about the company because she needed help and now my friend has them also.

This is not the first time I have used care in the home. I have had some good experiences, but this has been the best. My mum was off the scale with her resistance to the idea of help. The carer and the manager have been hugely sensitive to her needs, and I am quite amazed at how kind, patient, proactive and positive they have made this experience. My mum is really difficult to get along with, and against all my expectations, we are six weeks into this, and it is working very well. Thank you.

The family cannot recommend this care provider enough, to surmise, professional, caring, value for money and kind, lovely staff.

I cannot fault the carers, they care for my father with great respect and give him the utmost care he deserves. Even though they are there, they still allow us as a family to do as much as we can for him and spend quality time. They have given me great support, as it has been a very difficult time, as it hasn’t been pleasant between family members. It’s a great peace of mind, knowing that he is being looked after with the best care.
