An excellent service with intuitive respectful carers whose value base was exemplary. The relationships they formed were respectful, supportive and personal centered.
Management were always available and supported staff development.
As nursing home manager I am a stickler for quality, my input
was requested and actions followed through. Thank you Novelty Care staff for your care, companionship and dedication.

I have been with Novelty Healthcare for over one year. Initially I was very impressed with the staff and management, of late not so happy. I filled in a review last year, lately many staff have left and been replaced, in my opinion with inferior ones. I have some very good, some not so. I asked for
five specific staff to come to me. This has been now done. Also management not so professional.

My auntie has been bedbound for about 2 years. She began being cared for by Novelty Care on 4th July 22. During that time, I felt confident that her carers were honest, kind, aware of her needs and treated her respectfully at all times. I have no negative comments to make. Thank you.

We are very satisfied with the care and attention provided. Carers are friendly, respectful and sensitive to my husband’s needs.
As well as providing practical care their sociability and humour provide a highlight in my husband’s day. They have a very caring attitude and are understanding of his needs.

The Novelty Healthcare carers are excellent and very efficient in undertaking their duties and support. They treat my mother with great kindness and respect, always asking if there is anything else she needs before they take their leave. The management/office staff are very thorough and efficient in
their organisation of the rotor. They are prompt at putting changes into place e.g regarding medication. All the staff at Novelty Healthcare are professional and very helpful. They always cheer Mum up! Thank you.

I am very pleased with the level of care that the company provide for my aunt but more importantly, she is very happy with them. Her health and well-being has improved enormously as she is now getting the correct medication, good meals and personal care. The carers are especially kind to her. I am able
to relax in the knowledge that she is now well cared for. The lady in charge of the clinical side of things now deals with my aunt's medication and that is a big load off my mind. I would highly recommend this company.
