Carers are always polite and helpful. They need training in washing properly. They should have better English language ability.

My husband and I have been very pleased with the care that LQS has provided. They have some excellent carers working for them. Courtesy and kindness coupled with some medical knowledge is the order of the day. Punctuality is mostly excellent and I receive a text or phone call if there is any delay.

Had care due to a home accident and only had a couple of days at home before back to the hospital for something else. Awareness of company due to other people, they were looking after me well, making sure I was eating and not in pain.

Reliable friendly efficient staff. Nothing too much trouble for them. The only criticism, such as it is, would be the scheduling of carers. We never know which one of a permutation of four carers will be visiting. Another criticism is it can be difficult to contact the main office in the event Mum isn’t
well and cancellation of the visit at relatively short notice is needed.

LQS went above and beyond from the first point of contact until the last day of my mum's life. On that day, the care manager gently held my mum's hand and kindly and softly reassured her and afterwards me. This wasn't invasive, it was her genuine care for my mum.
Her carers visited 4 times a day for
nearly 3 months, only once were they late and called to let me know why and when they would get there. This was traffic-related.
Their care could not be surpassed. Their dedication to the profession is admirable. The personalised service and care plan was updated, changed, checked and adhered to daily. My mum had one main carer for continuity and they attended 4 times a day, 6 days a week. Imagine that for your loved one. Towards the end, her main carer asked if she had any pain, to which she genuinely answered 'only when you leave'. You will not find a more dedicated, responsive or caring team anywhere. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have been using the LQS Healthcare Services team for over a year and found them to be professional, empathetic and always going the extra mile to make sure the patients and clients are supported as best as possible.
It is frequently challenging to find the right package of care to meet the patient's
needs, especially at end of life stage, but LQS are always kind, supportive and have the ability to cover all that is required.

My father has dementia and is bedridden, he lives with me. He has been receiving care from LQS Healthcare Services since February 2023.
His carers are so kind and caring towards him, he looks forward to their visits. They undertake his personal care in a very respectful and thoughtful manner and maintain
his dignity at all times. They spend time chatting and joking with him, they really lift his mood. There is always good communication between his carers and myself. I feel he is in safe hands when they are with him.

I have found the care help exemplary.
I now receive help three times a day. The care is wonderful, always cheerful managing cleaning, cooking and washing as well as taking me out for a walk in the wheelchair.
The agency is caring and organises a car to help a carer with travelling between clients.
The agency keeps in touch with me with review visits and emails.

I would thoroughly recommend this wonderful care service, so professional and very well organised. Carers so caring, looking after my relative with kindness, compassion and understanding. LQS Healthcare Sevices has provided perfect care and support as I recover from shoulder replacement surgery. I am a self-hoisting wheelchair user and have needed help in getting dressed and into my wheelchair. The carer is very kind, attentive and patient. He understands what's involved with a spinal
cord injury and is keen to take a holistic approach by asking how I've slept, how I'm feeling and whether there are any issues/concerns. I have great confidence in LQS and my carer and that peace of mind is invaluable. Thank you.

I have over 15 years of experience working in the care sector.
I have worked in the Care sector as a support carer working for Hertfordshire County Council, Manpower and other Agencies from 2000 to 2012 and had a break to pursue a degree. Following graduation worked as a chartered Quantity Surveyor.


I spent 2017 to 2021 looking after my mother and father-in-law in Lancing, West Sussex, where, occasionally every two weeks, I would relieve the carers and take over the care.


Following the death of both my mother and father-in-law in 2021, I decided to give something back as an appreciation of how they were both cared for and realised that there are so many families going through the same thing and LQS Healthcare Services LTD was born so that we could help other families based on my personal experience.
