Excellent compassionate care provided by caring, friendly and professional staff to a client with ongoing complex care needs. Good communication skills between company/client representative. It is noticeable that the company communicate efficiently with their staff to ensure care needs are carried
out appropriately and in line with current client care requirements.

They supported me during the final weeks of mother in laws life by night sitting. They were very professional caring and excellent throughout.
They kept me updated and feed back after every session.
Would recommend them for end of life or evening care sitting.

Hummingbird care agency provided end of life care to my father for the last few weeks of his life.
Their care during the night enabled me to go home and get a few hours sleep as I knew my father had them with him
During the day they helped me for 2 hours in the afternoon care for my father when his
live in carer took a break. I could not have kept my promise to my father to keep him at home without the support and care Hummingbird carers provided
Both male and female carers who provided care to my father and support to me were caring, gentle, empathetic and very professional. I have no hesitation in recommending them

I cannot praise the care we have been given. The carers are very polite and respectful of our home. Treating my husband with excellent care and dignity, taken time with him and not rushing him. Have worked up a good rapport with him and myself. Management regularly asking if we have any problems with
our help if we need it. Excellent service.

The team is very polite and helpful. Always ask if my husband needs anything else. They are aware of his limits and give the time he needs. Very happy with the service, kindness and the polite way they approach us. Always with a smile.

Treatment has been very good. Whenever I have had need to call my call has always been received promptly and with the utmost care.
The staff are always pleasant and cheerful making a great difference to what would be a very long day.
Unfortunately I am not able to walk but the staff are always there
to help with my needs.

All the staff that have care of me are smart and presentable in their uniform.The levels of training received is a reflection of the high standards they operate to. They work hard at times in ,quite difficult situations such as trafic congestion that can cause lateness but if necessary a phone call
to let me know they're on their way can be reassuring, especially when I am on my own.
The carers are usually quite


receptive to conversing with me,
whilst working and discussing topics of common interest to both of us. I find them all very kind and thoughtful, with the consistent standards of really excellent icare.

After a spell in hospital, it was clear Dad needed additional support to go home, he was very anxious about having people in his home but the team that has been in since August have put his mind at rest and he is happy to have them there. They are always polite and happy to help, at times Mum has had
to go to hospital and Dad's condition causes a lot of anxiety, during this time they have sat with Dad and just talked to him about various subjects which has distracted Dad from what was happening with Mum, for this alone we thank the staff for their compassion at such a tough time.

I have been with Hummingbird for over 10 months now, requiring help four times a day. I have always found them to be excellent carers - helpful, friendly, proficient, attentive, and flexible. They have also proved very dedicated during times of floods (multiple times), and I wouldn't have any qualms
about recommending them at all.

I would highly recommend Hummingbird, they provided a great care service for my mother who was a nurse and rated them as excellent. All the staff were kind, caring friendly and very professional. She had Parkinson’s and brittle bones which meant she needed hoisted. They handled her with great care,
and dignity and were very patient.

They are excellent, friendly and reliable. Mum is very happy with them and treat her very well, also very trustworthy. If needed they are at the other end of the phone and will help in anyway, we couldn't ask for better carers.
