My mother-in-law today consisted of one employee hurting their back due to physically having to assist mother-in-law out of bed who wasn't able. However, as the day has went on and into the evening, The carer struggled at the tee time visit. Couldn't manage to a check for personal care as mother-in-law and able to stand or get a chair. All correspondence information was forwarded to office howeverr worker. Was told to see how the evening visit went later on into the evening. Care worker contacted their office as my mother-in-law was unable to get to her feet without physical assistance which the care provider was aware of as the employee contacted her on call about her concerns and my mother-in-law was unable to go to bathroom in the hallway so the carer physically assisted her over towards the bed. Mother-in-law covered in feces fell against the bed. The carer struggled to clean her up and however managed. Carer contacted me gave me all the information which I'm not happy.
