I feel very fortunate to have come across Arundale Care Services. The three carers who have provided the care management for my 90-year-old Asian Alzheimer's mother have all been exemplary. When there has been a need to review, change and allow flexibility they have followed through well. They are always accessible and have worked well with me to offer the high standard of care I want for Mum. They communicate lovingly and empathically with Mum and she enjoys each of them as individuals. They have kept my mum safe, happy, warm and her lived experience with them is beautiful to see in these latter years of her life. I feel safe leaving Mum in their hands which I have not felt with past carers. Thank you Arundale for your love and friendship and care of Mum. I can't recommend them enough and I am a retired GP so have years of experience with many others. These are by far the best I have worked with.

Excellent carers. I cannot praise them too highly. They are absolutely reliable, never let you down. Also very knowledgeable about care for all sorts of health conditions and very good at offering advice without being intrusive. They are really clever people! And also very friendly and open to discussing changes in care. For 3 months plus we've used Arundale services - they have always come up with outstanding care.

Caring is a delicate and complicated business; after being let down by two other care companies, our experience with Arundale Care Services couldn't have been any different or better. I would highly recommend them. The team went above and beyond in the care of my mother; they proactively and transparently focused entirely on Mum's needs and involved the family wherever needed. Communication was amazing at all times. Mum was treated with respect and gentleness throughout, and we were kept up to date with thorough notes and phone calls by the whole team. We had complete peace of mind with the live-in and waking nights team.
