I want to express my thanks to the team at Enable carers for the fantastic care they provide for my stepdad. They don't just look after his physical needs; they genuinely care about his well-being. Most importantly, they keep me updated constantly, which gives me so much peace of mind. Highly recommended to anyone looking for care for a loved one.

As mother is getting older and forgetful, whilst physically fine, needed to find carers to support her with morning routines initially. Researched and eventually found Enable Carers. Was also important to find a Punjabi speaker. Have to say they have provided a very welcome blanket. We ended up extending their time to persuading mum out and about for a walk, several times a week. They do a number of things well, especially maintaining continuity ... its been the same main Carer for a year plus the cover Carer for parallel cover during absences. Great empathy and rapport from the Carers. Definitely helps they are family owned vs corporate. There is flexibility, understanding and importantly reliability. And can see mum really enjoys the companionship. No question on the value mum gets ... is absolutely worth the money, which at the same is prices very fairly.

I can't recommend this care company highly enough. They were everything a care service should be-helpful, caring, and genuinely committed to providing the best support possible. Every member of the team was incredibly easy to deal with, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free for our family.

The carers looking after my nan were efficient, attentive, and consistently went above and beyond to help. It was clear that her needs were always their number one priority, and their kindness and professionalism brought so much comfort to both her and the whole family.

We felt fully supported throughout, and I'm truly grateful for the compassion and dedication they showed. I would highly recommend this care company to anyone looking for exceptional care.

Enable Carers are amazing - the manager is especially wonderful, always obliging kind and thoughtful. Enable are currently caring for my aunt who has dementia and I would thoroughly recommend their services. Very efficient and nothing is too much trouble - also I think their services are great value for money.

I would like to thank Enable Carers for the care they provided for my mom who had dementia and sadly passed away May 2025. My sister and I looked after mom and reluctantly looked for a company who would offer kindness and compassion to mom. Enable carers did just that. They went above and beyond giving us peace of mind and complete confidence that mom was in safe hands. The carer and mom had such a special bond. It was heartwarming to observe especially seeing mom singing and dancing with her carer. The senior carer and manager equally were also amazing with mom. The company were compassionate, caring, cheerful, patient and respectful. They felt more like family than carers. I couldn't of asked for better care for my mom. Thank you for treating mom with such love and dignity.

This will be my second review for Enable Carers. They cared for my mom from September 2024 up until she sadly passed away in May 2025. This updated review is to reiterate and commend the excellent care my mom received from this company. The carers are consistent, familiar, friendly and compassionate. They were always punctual providing information or any concerns during their visits. Mom adored them, always laughing and singing with them. They became part of our family whilst maintaining professional boundaries. Enable Carers came into our lives as my Grandmother began to ail towards the end of 2024. I can't speak highly enough of them. They were unfailingly kind, flexible and thoughtful. They were never late, always went above and beyond, were extremely reasonably priced and generous with their time. They made my Grandmother's last few months much easier than they could have been both for her and for us, and I would like to thank them. I have no reservations recommending them completely.

Have been using Enable Carers since August 2024 and am so happy with their services. All staff are very professional, polite, empathetic, patient and very friendly - all of the traits we wanted when I started our search for support in caring for my mom, who has dementia. With carers also speaking Punjabi this further helped my mom feel at ease with them. Caregivers at Enable Care go above and beyond by supporting mum's spiritual well-being with visits to the temple, which she deeply enjoys. Their attention to mum's complex health needs- managing her dementia and diabetes with the utmost care ensures that her glucose levels and energy are well-maintained. The manager and her team of carers have been professional and extremely tactful in providing care for my father, a man who is known for being a little bit on the difficult side. They have provided feedback during the initial settling-in phase and now care for him 6 days a week. They have built-in processes to give my father structure which is now showing in his improved health, I would highly recommend Enable Carers.

Enable Carers were an absolute godsend. Straight from the initial assessment, I felt the warm family feeling so I knew I could trust that they would look after my mum's care needs. They treated my mum with care dignity and respect seeing to all her needs from personal care to meals, medication and much more, my mum was in very good hands which put my mind at ease. My mum came to live with me after being discharged from hospital Enable Carers were not only respectful to my mum but were also respectful to my home. I want to thank the team enormously for helping look after my mum at her final time of life. My mum wanted to be at home rather than in a hospice or care home and this was only made possible with the work of Enable Carers and other visiting professionals, as their name suggests, they enabled me to look after her too. They came and made a full assessment and together they took over medication, meal times, personal care and more. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their service which is efficient, kind, professional and affordable. Thank you!

I used the care provider for postoperative care. They were organised and attentive. The carer was kind, supportive, and completely tailored to my personal needs. Carer went the extra mile and I am so very appreciative. I would highly recommend.
