Armour of Light Care Services

Recently my mother fell and the worker stayed with my mum for two hrs until I arrived. This alleviated some of the stress in this situation as I knew the worker and she is a very caring competent person.

The staff from Tanshe attended to my husband everyday morning and night. They were always punctual , friendly helped us out of a couple of problems. My husband enjoyed the banter with them and always looked forward to seeing them.

If you have any sort of compassion or care for your loved one then don't let them be in the care of these people.

I can't express enough how happy I am with the care my grandmother receives. She is 92 years old, doesn't speak English, and has Alzheimer's and dementia. Even with all these issues, the care she receives from the staff is absolutely incredible. They are incredibly nice toward my grandmother. They have a lot of patience. They find ways to communicate with my grandmother, even learning to speak my grandmother's language. They take her out for walks, give her medication, clean up her house and take her anywhere that will help her mental health. Every day she is incredibly happy with her caregivers and I feel that I can be completely calm leaving my grandmother in her hands.

Cannot praise this firm high enough, my son is autistic, the carers look after his emotional needs and cleaning amazing, took so much stress off us as a family, they will do anything to help, absolutely five-star, well done girls, this company is fantastic and you don't get many care companies with these standards.

Excellent service and very friendly. My husband's care package is three times a day, seven days a week. He gets help with personal hygiene ie, washing, shaving, brushing his teeth and getting dressed in the morning. At lunchtime, they feed him and evening is a repeat of the morning, only putting his pyjamas on.
