My name is Dr Sushil Jayaharan. I am a Doctor in Geriatric medicine by profession. I have dedicated my life and passion towards efficient Elderly care both in working as a Doctor in the NHS and as a Registered Manager of Angels Private Home Care. I focus mainly on medical assessments for all our Clients. I visit them on a regular basis and review their medications towards effective care and relief. At Angels, we go the extra mile in providing the best possible care for all our clients.

My name is Priya Jayaharan. I am the Client Manager & one of the Directors at Angels Private Home Care. I visit our clients in intervals and make sure they are all happy with suitable Carers and regular services. My husband and I started the company due to our passion for making a difference in the lives of the elderly. We are a doctor-led Home care company which gives our clients the added benefit of a visit by a Doctor who regularly examines the vitals and works in liaison with the multi-disciplinary team towards the best possible care in a holistic manner.

My name is Neythan Jayaharan. I am also one of the directors of the company and have a background in business management. I am the finance manager of Angels doing the rostering & enabling the smooth running of all the calls. All invoicing and bookkeeping are maintained by myself with support and guidance from the rest of the management team. I am currently doing my level 5 in health and social care management and I am enjoying working for Angels.

My name is Tracy. I became part of the Angels Family in July 2022. I work on a part-time basis as an Office Manager located in Jubilee House in Lytham. My working life has predominantly been in managing and providing quality care in early-year settings. This has provided me with transferable skills like leadership, teamwork, communication, listening, organisational, dependability, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills which I now use in this role. I work alongside Jenny and Andy implementing a robust recruitment, retention and training programme for staff. I believe any business is only as good as the staff employed. Recently, I was talking to a neighbour of one of our clients and she said all her carers are absolute Angels.

My name is Rebecca but like to be called Bex. I have only been with Angels for a short time but so far so good. The company go above and beyond for staff and clients. The clients I have visited have all been lovely too. I consider myself to be kind, caring and patient. I have a level one qualification in understanding dignity and safeguarding in adult social care and a level 1 in mental health.

I have been working with the Angels team for nearly a year now. The team are polite friendly and professional always taking into consideration the client and the carer's needs. The job is rewarding with a variety of care levels needed with each different client. The team are always on hand to address any problems while we are out in the field and the support is always there. I have seen us go from strength to strength over this last year and all carers are polite to each other as well as having the utmost respect for the client's needs at all times. I and my colleagues have a professional and warm attitude. I am enjoying my work after having been a home carer for my daughter for some years. I urge anyone thinking of this profession to step forward like I did and the team will respect your needs wishes and hours to fit your lifestyle. Online training is given on key issues which is really helpful also. A pleasant experience all around.

My name is John. I have been with Angels since late 2022. I have been working in care for almost 2 and a half years now. I have worked in both residential and community settings. I hold a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's in business management. As a caregiver at Angels, I have had the privilege of assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, meal preparation, and housekeeping. More importantly, I've had the opportunity to build strong connections with the clients and their families, ensuring that their individual needs and preferences are always front and centre. What draws me to Angels is the aspect of a perfect workplace, commitment to personalised care and the focus on client well-being. My name is Zahir and I have worked for Angels as a caregiver since 2023. what I love most about my job is spending time with such lovely people and making a difference in their lives, so that they can be cared for in their own homes. Whether I am supporting them with their personal care or just chatting and listening to them telling me stories from their younger days. It's the most rewarding job as I love making people smile.
