Angels Private Home Care

We contacted the manager at Angels over three years ago for a care package for my mother. In this time the owners and staff have given an excellent package of care. The team all work to the same level of proficiency and it gives me confidence that my mothers needs are catered for on a daily basis. I would definitely recommend anybody else to use them.

Dedicated and highly professional care company. Privately owned and operated with a passionate team from the owners to all the team. Knowledgeable about all aspects of patient care, supporting individual patient requirements. The team of carers are all friendly, relaxed and helpful. The biggest plus for us as a family is that we know that our parents are in great hands through the reliability and trust that we have built up together.

In need of care for 2 old people (89 & 88) with severe medical problems. Turned to Angels for help! Excellent response, understood our needs and provided skilled carers. Angels staff showed compassion and attention to detailed needs with affection. They have excellent back up support from their management including a doctor who calls to support their staff and my wife and I. Overall a wonderful service and we cannot live without them!

We know we can rely on the team at Angels to offer tailored and genuinely caring services whenever we need them. The most recent experience was a companionship day, including accompanying to a medial appointment, assisted shopping and social lunchtime. My mother felt more like she had a day out with a friend. She is always treated with respect and dignity. The Angels team take time to understand our needs and provide outstanding support.

Angels Private Home Care have truly been angels to my mother. We are deeply grateful for the wonderful care they have given her. At all levels she has been shown deep respect, never treated just as a number but care and love. My mum was admitted to hospital after a fall. She was allowed home only if a care package was in place. After a bad experience with carers previously both myself, my sister and my dad were reluctant to have carers again, however, then we found Angels and 'Angels' they have been. My mum is now back home where she needed to be and life is slowly returning to normal. Angels come in and get her out of bed (unless she beats them to it!) and start her day off. They help with any jobs that need doing and today my mum has been pampered - she had her nails cut. I cannot thank them enough for helping to take a little bit of stress out of a horrible situation - "Simply the best."

Very happy with our choice to get specialist geriatric care from Angels. Their carers are well trained and kind, in particular, one carer has made a tremendous difference to day-to-day well-being. The office is very helpful and their flexibility in organising the rota of care is very advantageous.

Extremely caring staff with compassionate hearts and serving hands. They are gentle in nature but firm in decision-making for giving better care to the clients. Apart from the above they just love to see their clients happy and comfortable.

Angels Home Care provided care for my mum (who has dementia) 3 times a week and were excellent. They are a family-run organisation, led by two particular members of staff. Both are lovely caring people, and were personally involved in the care of Mum. One regularly provided the care herself, and built a really good relationship with Mum, who always enjoyed her visits. The other also visited regularly to provide routine health checks which were all part of the service. Mum eventually went into a care home as she required 24-hour care. Otherwise, I would still be using Angels now, and I would certainly recommend them to anyone who is seeking care for their loved ones.

My husband has required care twice a week since December 2023. We have both been delighted with the care given and the support from the administration team. It was hard for my husband to accept care at first but he now looks forward to the care workers coming and each one has been excellent, thoroughly professional and friendly showing patience and understanding. We also appreciate that Angels accommodates our schedule and my husband has the same carers so had built up a great rapport with each one. We have to mention two particular members of staff who visit the most but also two other particular members of staff. Each one is so caring. I would also add that the owner will visit for a medical issue should it be needed and he already visited for a problem my husband was having. He also exhibits good care and professionalism. Also I need to mention a member of staff from the admin team for his support. I think it’s quite clear that we are extremely satisfied with everything.

Had a great service so far everyone has been friendly and we would recommend to others.

Angels are doing a fantastic job with Mum and Dad who have daily visits from no more than 3-4 ladies over a week. They know exactly how to treat dementia patients and get the best out of them. After two bad experiences with other providers, this is definitely third time lucky and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you to all at Angels.

I have been a live-in carer for another company and the Angels hourly carers were coming every day to the client's home to relieve me for my two hours break since July 2023 and from January 2024 they were coming four times a day to support the client who was at her end of life. What I can say about the company and their carers was they were an excellent team to work with, very kind, compassionate and lovely people towards the client, the family and myself as a carer. The managers were always on top of the game, the manager and director and care coordinator, the director and client manager was excellent she gave me the best support always checking if there was anything I would need support with. The care time was lovely. I would recommend Angels to anyone who would need the best care services at any time of the day. Thanks Angels care team.
