Time4Care

Changing to Time4Care was the best decision I made for my mum suffering from dementia. She has been the most settled in a very long time. She told me this morning how happy she was with both of her carers and how she looks forward to their visits. They attend to all her care needs and go above and beyond. Nothing is too much trouble and one of the carers is always at the end of the phone and responds fast. My mum is so much more alert and feels safe and secure with them both. I can't thank them enough for giving me such peace of mind. During my first meeting with him and my mum I instantly felt reassured and relaxed and my mum took to him instantly. I look forward to reading the daily notes from both carers and would highly recommend them to anyone needing care at home.

My father has been looked after since December 2023, I would highly recommend, there is nothing they will not do for my father which is excellent for me as I live 100 miles away from him. Outstanding care.

The manager and his team have been assisting in the care of my father for a few months now and the difference these guys have made is amazing. They come in to care and provide assistance for Dad which gives my mum much needed respite from the continual care she has to provide for my dad. Time4Care give an excellent service for my partner. He is treated with dignity, kindness and empathy. They are very reliable and always notify me of the approximate time of arrival. Plus, the bills are always accurate.

The care is professional and meets the needs of my father perfectly. He is kept clean and given the dignity he deserves at his age. I would always recommend Time4Care to anyone I meet when having care needs for a loved one.

I find my uncle's carer very professional and thoughtful in his work. Should they have a problem elsewhere and be likely to be late for the appointment, he lets me know immediately as to how long he will be. He also gives good advice to make things easier for us.

Staff are friendly, supportive and approachable. They care for both my parents at lunchtime every day which helps me considerably. My parents are treated with dignity. It is a good care provider and I would recommend them.
