They supported mum with a level of kindness and commitment that is hard to put into words. From the very first visit we saw genuine care from people who truly understood her needs and respected her dignity.
Every carer was warm, professional, and endlessly patient. Her two main carers in particular were exceptionally committed. Their gentle approach, their ability to lift her spirits, and the way they instinctively knew how to comfort her made an enormous difference to her daily life. They treated her as if she were their own family, and that meant everything to us.
Because of Hever Care's dedication, we were able to keep Mum at home for as long as possible where she felt safest, happiest, and to remain herself for as long as possible. During one of the hardest times of our lives they have given us reassurance and stability. Thank you Hever. You are truly exceptional.
Thank you so much, Simon, for your generous words. It has been a privilege to support your mum and to walk alongside you during such an important time. Your trust means a great deal to us and I will make sure the team hear your kind message. We are truly grateful.
My mother, who has 2 visits a day is very happy with the care she receives, she always feels safe and relaxed with them & looks forward to seeing them each day. Everyone always goes the extra mile to help wherever they can.
We couldn't ask for more. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for home care.
Thank you so much for your lovely review, Helen. It means a great deal to all of us. We always try to do our very best and it is wonderful to know it makes a difference for you both.
I don't know what I would do without the carers. After having a stroke, life changed completely for me and I was only 50 at the time! I have help with a bath in the mornings and they always make sure I have my medication. More recently we have been able to get out much more into town which is great for me and back to the park. I use a wheelchair because walking is really difficult but we always manage just fine. They always arrive when they say they will, helpful always have a laugh as well. If anyone is looking for home care I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
Kevin thank you ever so much for your kind review - we're so pleased that we're making a difference and that you are happy. It's such a joy to support you and I know all the team think highly of your sense of humour.
We use their 24 hour live-in care service at weekends and holidays to care for my elderly mother who lives with Mixed Dementia.
The carers themselves are caring and attentive, knowing when Mum needs help and when she needs space to herself. I find them to be reliable and trustworthy and leave feeling confident Mum is in safe hands.
The direct company support for scheduling visits, admin and day to day questions is excellent - friendly, open, honest and above all realistic.
All in all the support they provide and the way they deliver it is invaluable to us. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
Thank you so much for your kind review - we’re overwhelmed with your comments and we’re so happy that your experience has been good, though we don’t intend on resting on our laurels. It’s such a pleasure to be able to support you both.
Very quick to set up in live-in care. Experienced team, very stable. Providing great choice. Management stays involved, always contactable and reacts quickly.
We're delighted to hear that our team has had a positive impact. Thank you for sharing your kind words and we look forward to continuing to support you.
As a client with severe quadriplegic cerebral palsy, I have been really impressed with the service and care I receive from Hever Care. I have been 100% satisfied with the care I have received. The carers have been excellent in every way, giving the best quality of care and exceeding any care received from previous care agencies. I would whole heartedly recommend them to others.
Thank you so much for your kind words. We're thrilled to hear that your experience with us is a positive one. We hope to have the pleasure of continuing to support you.
