Hever Care

The carers who took care of my mother were exemplary. Very caring, very professional, on time and very capable. They always had smiles on their faces, and engaged with my mother in a friendly way which made her feel comfortable and safe. They used language she could understand, instead of medical words or jargon, they were polite to everybody they came into contact with and they liked our dogs, which made it easy.

We have been using Hever Care for nearly 2 years and are delighted with the care they have given my father. The carers have shown such support and dedication for my dad. They are always punctual and have never missed a visit. They are consistent and go beyond and above to make my dad feel happy and secure. The carers are efficient but show their lovely personalities. My dad has been very happy with all they have done for him and we would highly recommend them.

Because of Hever Care's dedication, we were able to keep Mum at home for as long as possible where she felt safest, happiest, and to remain herself for as long as possible. During one of the hardest times of our lives they have given us reassurance and stability. Thank you Hever. You are truly exceptional.

I don't know what I would do without the carers. After having a stroke, life changed completely for me and I was only 50 at the time! I have help with a bath in the mornings and they always make sure I have my medication. More recently we have been able to get out much more into town which is great for me and back to the park. I use a wheelchair because walking is really difficult but we always manage just fine. They always arrive when they say they will, helpful always have a laugh as well. If anyone is looking for home care I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

All in all the support they provide and the way they deliver it is invaluable to us. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
