Overall Experience

Halo started to visit Dad following a stay in hospital, he was very confused and not himself at all. Halo staff came in 3 times a day and I can only describe them as being fantastic. Meals, light house duties and personal care were all undertaken with gentleness, dignity and thought. Staff were patient and calm and this was especially helpful for Dad in the early days of recovery. Any questions we had were dealt with quickly and professionally, communication with both Managers and Caring staff was 10/10 which made the whole process much easier. I would have no doubt in recommending Halo Care to help look after a loved one, it makes such a difference to know the people looking after, in our case Dad, really do care.

Overall Experience
We having been using Halo for a year
I have found carers and management to always be very helpful and caring
They take care of my mother-in-law and are very understanding, special with some challenges
It is good that you have regular staff who get to know their client really well so all their needs are met

When going through some tough times, I was able to phone the manager at anytime and given guidance and care, which was very comforting to me
