Its experienced, fully insured and DBS-checked caregivers assist with personal care, medication, meal preparation, dementia care, shopping, household tasks, appointments, errands and companionship. The friendly team focuses on building genuine one-to-one relationships, with clients supported by consistent caregivers wherever possible. This helps create trust, familiarity and meaningful connections.
Brighter Days Companions also provides companionship for those who may feel lonely, whether at home or while out and about, as well as respite care for families supporting a loved one following a hospital or care home stay. Overnight support provides reassurance and peace of mind, while appointment assistance can include transport, accompanying clients to medical or dental visits, and collecting prescriptions.
For individuals living with dementia, caregivers offer patient, structured support with everyday activities, personal care, medication, meals and household routines, helping clients remain safely at home for longer.
The team can also assist with grocery shopping, collecting prescriptions and other errands, providing transport where required. Friendly cheerful staff, they help with keeping me stocked up with coal for the fire & feeding the birds so that I can watch them which brings me enjoyment.

An excellent care agency. The carers I have twice a day are friendly, helpful and caring. I could not manage without them. Nothing is never too much. I always feel safe and treated with dignity.

They speak to him with respect, never rush and always find a way to make him smile, take time to chat with him while he has very few visitors. He is house bound, they keep us informed of any concerns. We appreciate the work they do.

I cannot speak too highly of this care firm. I have two lovely ladies who look after me all the time. With my previous care firm I had ten different carers, Brighter Days always has someone on call for emergencies which I benefitted from recently when I had a last minute call to attend an MRI at...
I cannot speak too highly of this care firm. I have two lovely ladies who look after me all the time. With my previous care firm I had ten different carers, Brighter Days always has someone on call for emergencies which I benefitted from recently when I had a last minute call to attend an MRI at the hospital. Also they have been available to take me to other appointments. I feel secure and happy knowing they are there for me at all times.
