We used Radfield Care briefly when my mum's Alzheimer's was becoming harder for me to manage without some help at home. Dev, the owner, came to meet mum, and she was immediately reassured by him. He is an excellent presence and was very helpful and supportive during our clientship. The carer he paired with mum was also warm, kind and mum felt safe with her. This is by no means the norm, in the limited experience of other care agencies we have had to used from time to time.

I would recommend Radfield to anyone in the Croydon or Sutton areas who needs additional support at home on the basis of my experience with them. It is a professional, flexible and above all empathetic group and if mum comes home again I'd certainly re-engage them.

Great experience with Radfield Homecare. They have been 100% reliable, always attending promptly as agreed and staying late if required. Mum has built good relationships with the carer team and the continuity of support has been really important. They are also very accommodating on meeting our needs when we need to flex the days they attend. Definitely would recommend!

Prompt courteous service from management, on the phone, and by email. Easily accessible by phone and email. Reliable. Well-managed service. Helpful carers. Usually prompt arrival, sometimes road conditions or a previous client's needs hindered this; and worked well during time with client.

I wish the app was easier to use. It would be so nice to get a daily report/update but the app is just unusable. Instead, we have another group and while it's not a daily update, one staff member is really very responsive and another carer is absolutely wonderful. We feel very fortunate to have found them both after a number of far less successful attempts with previous agencies.

I will certainly recommend the agency if asked and thank you to all those who helped me.

My mother has severe vascular dementia and her needs are ever-changing and Radfield are agile and able to meet this demand with great care and feedback.

The staff treat my mother with care and respect. The manager took the time to find out all about Mum prior to looking after her, including interests, likes, dislikes etc to make her feel comfortable and to enable the carers to have more detailed conversations with her. They keep in touch and the app is a brilliant way for me to check in when I am at work.

I didn't know what to expect from Radfield Croydon, as my grandmother has not had great care in the past from other companies. However, I am blown away at the level of transparency and communication with the management team, they have been a great support to my grandmother and us as a family. The team of carers that my grandmother has, have been so caring and thoughtful, nothing has been too much for them. We thank the team so much.
