Care Crew

All Care Crew staff looking after my Mum are extremely kind and patient. This is especially reasuring as we live some distance away. They have alerted us promptly when Mum has been running low on anything and have even put in an extra call at short notice on an occassion over the summer when we were concerened that Mum was about to fall off the sofa! Thank you to everyone at Care Crew.

They made sure my Mum was comfortable and she was well cared for during the time we used the services.

Care Crew have been so helpful during this difficult time. They have been very accommodating when I have had to change schedules. All the staff from admin to carers have been so helpful. I would highly recommend them.

Since Ron has had the carers attending his home address twice a day, we have seen a marked improvement in his overall health and wellbeing. They ensure he eats his meals, drinks plenty of fluids and takes his medication. Without their care, he would probably have suffered self neglect and his life expectancy would be shortened.

I would like to say how wonderful my cares are. When I was changing to Care Crew I was a bit nervous because of being used to my old carers. It was the best decision I ever made. All of the girls are so kind and empathetic. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always so gentle. They chat to me and make me feel special. To say 'thank you' isn't adequate, there aren't words to describe how much I appreciate them.
