I'm so impressed with them. I can find no fault with them at all. They do everything I ask of them.

I am very happy with all the service and being treated very well - it couldn't be better.

My mother has been using Ivy Grace Home Care Ltd for nearly 2 years and we both are very happy with the care received. My mother has a good relationship with all the staff, even when they have to keep reminding her of their name. They are all lovely, friendly but always professional. Although we only have rwo short visits a day, Mum enjoys the chat and hearing all the news.

I can't thank these carers enough for the way they look after me. They have been looking after me for a year now. Their visits really lift me especially when they bring in cake. They feel and treat me like family. I have no problem asking them to do anything for me whether it's personal care, taking me to appointments or shopping. Can't praise them enough.

From the first phone call to Ivy Grace Home Care, I knew I'd made the right choice. They listened to my concerns and the needs of my mum. Care was put in place to start and Mum ended up in hospital. I had to cancel them at short notice and they were so understanding and accommodating. When Mum came out of hospital they were there for her immediately. They treat my mum with care and dignity, as well as being so friendly and helpful. They are great at keeping me updated too. I can't recommend this company enough.
