Can always rely on the wonderful help and care given. My mum looks forward to seeing all of the carers. It makes her life and ours a lot easier. Thankyou.

This is a general review rather than for a specific time frame. Most importantly, my mum is very happy with the agency, and fond of the staff who are kind and helpful. They come once a day in the morning and do a number of jobs she can't manage like emptying bins and recycling, bed making, or specific tasks she requests, and always get her a nice breakfast and clear away afterwards. Mum is able to wash and shower, but not mobile enough to be completely thorough, so they assist her with that too. They have always been very warm and friendly when I've met individual team members. For myself and other family members, the biggest thing is the peace of mind that the team is seeing Mum regularly so would be able to report any problems or changes, which they have done - from small injuries to Mum forgetting to lock the door, so it's very reassuring to have them on the spot.

Thank you all for your wonderful support during rather a daunting and worrying couple of weeks. Your calmness and immediate understanding of the situation really helped both myself and my cousin, and I had no doubt in my mind that I had chosen the right care agency to get us through. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending you in the future!

My father suffers with dementia and needs care four times a day. The care he receives is extremely good they cover all his needs and are kind and respectful. The carers always explain what they are doing and encourage him to drink and take his medication. Dementia care is very challenging but I am very happy with how professional they are. If I need support they are always very happy to assist me and always encouraging me to ask for help.

We have been extremely confident with the carers who have been carefully selected by Hope Care for my husband's care. The standard of the carers is exceptional in our experience and all dealings with the agency have been meticulously carried out. We would highly recommend Hope Care Service Agency.

From my first meeting with Hope, I was impressed with the professionalism and knowledge they showed. They made me and my mother feel very comfortable and at ease. When the ladies started to care for mum, she very quickly got to know and like them very much. They very quickly got into a routine with mum and I had every confidence that she was well cared for.

My Mum has had carers from Hope Care Service Agency since July 2023. The carers are always kind, caring and attentive. They listen to any concerns and worries that Mum has and deal with them quickly and efficiently. They also help to lift Mum's spirits if she's a bit low. She was thrilled recently when her carer sang Happy Birthday to her! As a family, it puts our minds at ease to know that she's looked after so well.

Simply cannot rate Hope Care Services highly enough, our grandmother was assessed and approved for needing more care supplied by the Adult Help Desk, we were very apprehensive initially but the manager and her team put our minds at ease and the care was excellent. I have had the most amazing experience with Home Care Services. The staff are so friendly and professional. The caring is always the best care I could possibly wish for for my mum. Always keep me updated on everything. I feel happy knowing that my mum is cared for but a loving caring attentive person. I would highly recommend this care company Hope Care Services to anyone needed help with themselves or a family member.

The manager was beyond our expectations as a carer. Her skills were of the highest order but it is her commitment - from the heart - that marked her out as someone truly remarkable in her vocation. Caring for our father was not the easiest task but she was like a rock in her reliability. I think goodwill of this order is rare. It is in our view inconceivable that any carer could be better than the manager. And yet we just stumbled across her. Incredible luck which we bless.
