From my first meeting with Hope, I was impressed with the professionalism and knowledge they showed. They made me and my mother feel very comfortable and at ease. When the ladies started to care for mum, she very quickly got to know and like them very much. They very quickly got into a routine with
mum and I had every confidence that she was well cared for.


I would highly recommend this Home Care Provider and should the need arise, would not hesitate to use them again.

Hope Care Service Agency provides excellent care and I have no hesitation recommending them. The professionalism, safety first policy and level of care is outstanding. What really makes them special for me is the effort that has been made, from management to individual carers, to make my Mum feel safe

My Mum has had carers from Hope Care Service Agency since July 2023. The carers are always kind, caring and attentive. They listen to any concerns and worries that Mum has and deal with them quickly and efficiently. They also help to lift Mum's spirits if she's a bit low. She was thrilled recently when
her carer sang Happy Birthday to her! As a family, it puts our minds at ease to know that she's looked after so well.

Simply cannot rate Hope Care Services highly enough, our grandmother was assessed and approved for needing more care supplied by the Adult Help Desk, we were very apprehensive initially but the manager and her team put our minds at ease and the care was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and the
whole team were friendly and approachable. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this agency. Thanks again all (the manager and the team).

I cannot rate Hope Care Service Agency highly enough. My brother-in-law has a learning difficulty and has needed regular support since having a stroke. The manager and her team have been a key part of his recovery. I have found the service to be honest, reliable and professional but above all else,
they really do care. My brother-in-law looks forward to his daily visits where he is treated with respect and dignity and I feel so much more relaxed knowing that he is in good hands.
Communication is excellent and I really look forward to the monthly updates.
If there was a gold standard for how care should be Hope Care Services is it.

I have had the most amazing experience with Home Care Services. The staff are so friendly and professional. The caring is always the best care I could possibly wish for for my mum. Always keep me updated on everything. I feel happy knowing that my mum is cared for but a loving caring attentive person.
I would highly recommend this care company Hope Care Services to anyone needed help with themselves or a family member.

The manager was beyond our expectations as a carer. Her skills were of the highest order but it is her commitment - from the heart - that marked her out as someone truly remarkable in her vocation. Caring for our father was not the easiest task but she was like a rock in her reliability. I think goodwill
of this order is rare. It is in our view inconceivable that any carer could be better than the manager. And yet we just stumbled across her. Incredible luck which we bless.

We approached the manager and her company to provide immediate care when my friend needed leg care after months of deterioration, community nursing care being impossible to source.
She responded promptly and efficiently to our needs, putting in place a suitable care package of twice daily visits,
reducing to daily and then thrice weekly as the situation improved.
She has been punctual, hard working, brought real clinical improvement and best of all created a real bond of companionship with my friend who has come to really enjoy her visits. This is in stark contrast to our previous experience with two other care companies.
We are both very grateful to the manager and her team and look forward to an ongoing relationship with them.
