Hope In Care Services

We have used Hope In Care for over 12 Months for my mother who suffers from Alzheimer's. These guys are amazing. I honestly do not know how we would cope without them and would recommend them without hesitation.

From the moment Adelaide called me back to discuss my mum's care needs, I knew I could trust her. Adelaide and Joyce have set up something very special in Hope in Care Services. Dealing with them really did give me hope in a system I had lost faith in. HICS could not have done any more for my mum. They were absolutely brilliant, dealing with a very complex, inconsistent and rapidly changing situation, and I am so grateful to them for being there and doing so much (so much more than I can imagine anyone else would have done) at a very difficult and stressful time. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

If mistakes ever occurred -which is inevitable and happens with every care company (they are human) they were always honest and let us know in a timely manner.

I am an adults social worker by profession and work in the same authority where my aunt lives. so I know what I wanted when it came to her care. Management and the team did not disappoint and I thank them greatly.

Hope In Care Services have been more than amazing. I am more than happy with the care my Grandfather receives. Communication is fantastic.

I cannot fault the staff. They are always on time, extremely well trained, caring, and are always conscious of maintaining client dignity. If I need to change the time they are always obliging. Best care company that we have used in the past 8 years and we've tried a few.

We are really pleased with the work carried out by Hope In Care Services. They have always shown a great deal of care and support to both my family and my father in particular. Nothing is too much trouble for the carers visiting, no matter what time of day or night. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The manager was very informative, and described what was happening and plans for the future and going forward with the care being provided, nothing is too much trouble, they will contact me if they have to and let me know what is happening. The management and staff go above and beyond caring for my brother.
