Hope In Care Services are based in Rotherham, Sheffield and Derby. The team deliver home care and Supported Living services in the surrounding areas.

The experienced team provide person-centred, quality care for a variety of needs including learning disabilities, dementia care, physical disabilities, complex care, elderly care and help for mental health conditions. Care plans are based on the individual needs of each person, ensuring they receive the care they need in a way that they feel comfortable and happy with.

The team also work closely with the person's loved ones and any other professionals involved in their care, striving to deliver a service that enhances people's lives as well as meeting their care requirements. They specialise in working with service users with mental health issues, hoarding, and other complex health needs. They use a strengths based approach in all are care provision, supporting client to build on these strengths and develop new skills and independence. They also pride themselves in supporting client with their physical health needs, ensure that annual physical health checks are complete, they also have a physical health lead within the team to support and ensure that your physical health needs are met.

Carers were warm and caring and my aunt developed good relationships with them. Nothing was too much trouble and they always stayed for the full time allocated even when everything was done. It was nice to walk in and sometimes find carers using their remaining time to sit and chat about her life. As
she was living on her own and could get very lonely this companionship was valued by my aunt and us. It helped that she had a consistent core team of people so did not have to deal with new faces all of the time. If a new carer started they always shadowed first so that they could meet and get to know her.
If mistakes ever occurred -which is inevitable and happens with every care company (they are human) they were always honest and let us know in a timely manner.


I am an adults social worker by profession and work in the same authority where my aunt lives. so I know what I wanted when it came to her care. Management and the team did not disappoint and I thank them greatly.

I cannot fault the staff. They are always on time, extremely well trained, caring, and are always conscious of maintaining client dignity. If I need to change the time they are always obliging. Best care company that we have used in the past 8 years and we've tried a few.

We are really pleased with the work carried out by Hope In Care Services. They have always shown a great deal of care and support to both my family and my father in particular. Nothing is too much trouble for the carers visiting, no matter what time of day or night. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
