Every carer has been kind, helpful and attentive; taking time to get to know my parents. They have given flexible support and helped my parents to accept the support they need. I highly recommend this fabulous company.
After a really bad experience with the previous care providers I cannot sing the praises enough for Blooming good care. They have turned an anxious lady who had shut down emotionally that was refusing care or trying to leave her home into a happy relaxed chatty person again. They are so respectful and patient. They have given mum her dignity and autonomy back. I thank you
I have always found the Blooming Good Care staff to be very reliable and supportive when looking after my wife, who has dementia. They have treated her with respect and kindness, which has been evident when I return home.
We are privileged to be able to support you both, it is always a pleasure.
Only complaint is that some carers leave the bathroom untidy
We're sorry to hear that the bathroom was left untidy on some occasions. This is not the standard we expect at Blooming Good Care, and we will address this with...
This included engaging activities with them, providing them with company and preparing meals.
They went above and beyond on Christmas day by taking the gentleman over to see his cousin for his lunch. This meant that neither of my elderly relatives spent Christmas day alone. Thank you.
Thank you so much for your lovely feedback. We're truly grateful you took the time to share this. Our team were delighted to support your relatives, and it means so much to us to know they felt cared for, engaged, and not alone over Christmas. Going the extra mile for our clients is what Blooming Good Care is all about. Thank you again for your kind words-they really mean a lot to our team.
Our lovely mum has recently had a spell in hospital and came home requiring daily help with her personal care. Blooming Good Care Ltd were excellent from the very first meeting and have kindly accommodated all our requests. All the carers are very caring, considerate, reliable, polite, supportive and empathetic during every visit. The on-line communication system provides very good information for the family to keep updated. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone.
The feedback will be shared with the team at our next staff meeting.
