The team have been assisting my aunt now for a few months. She is bed ridden at home and is now getting excellent care from the team here. I'm able to connect and chat with the team whenever I want to see how my aunt is coping.
The team help organise and attend visits with medical staff and departments. This is amazingly helpful. I live over 30 miles away so can't attend appointments that easily with having my own family and working full time.
I would highly recommend them to anybody that needs to have help with relatives or friends that are seriously ill
