The young lady provided to help my wife was truly exceptional. Not only did she get my wife up, showered and dressed very efficiently but she went to the hotel restaurant to get her a breakfast tray, as the hotel did not provide breakfast room service. She subsequently politely berated the service manager
as some facilities in the room were not as promised. On checking out the service manager, rather surprisingly in the circumstances, actually told me that she thought I had a very good carer, to which I concurred.
I cannot overemphasise the helpful this young lady was.
