Emily and her team have been looking after my Mum since February 2025. They have always been extremely reliable, trustworthy, punctual and consistently provided fantastic care for my Mum. Communication is also excellent. I would highly recommend Juniper Home Care!

The manager and staff have been caring for my mother for a few months now and I can honestly say that they have and continue to provide an excellent service. They are reliable, thorough and professional. The small team are always friendly, caring and kind and will always make sure my mother is happy and content before they leave. Communication between the manager and our family is excellent. I feel very fortunate to have found such a great care provider.

The manager and her team have been caring for my parents since my father was discharged from hospital in May of this year. We can't thank them enough for the professional reliable friendly service they provide. I was very concerned my very independent parents would struggle to accept someone coming into the house every day. I really needn't have worried the teams visits have become part of the daily routine and they look forward to them visiting. I was recommended Juniper Home Care by a friend and I can honestly say it was the best recommendation ever. I used their service on and off from August 2023 and I found all the staff at Juniper so kind, friendly and caring and couldn't fault the care they delivered to my mum.

Juniper Home Care provided care for my partner during the last months of her life, which sadly was cut short by cancer. The care provided by Juniper was excellent and totally reliable, they never failed to make four home visits every day. The level of competence and wide range of practical experience Juniper brought to their work was outstanding. My partner had been discharged from hospital to spend her last weeks at home. Until the end, Juniper's compassionate approach to caring helped her enjoy as much comfort and dignity as was possible in her situation. Throughout this difficult time, our confidence in Juniper's expertise and the fact they would turn up four times every day was very reassuring for me and the family. It's also worth mentioning there's a family link within the Juniper team, a feature that increases user confidence in their work.

The standard of care provided by Juniper was exemplary. The staff were on the ball with all aspects of care with my father. My father was able to continue to live independently and live his life the best he could due to the care and attention given by Juniper. They became a part of our family and their support was invaluable. I cannot speak highly enough of this company. They went above and beyond.

I visit the client six days out of seven, to deliver a newspaper and so have a chance to make my own assessment of the client, which I can then report to the company, if necessary, when appropriate action will usually be taken, after discussion.

My mother died at home in February and was able to do so with dignity, thanks to the amazing attention and extra commitment from Juniper Home Care. They now continue to look after my step-father, now that she is gone and are truly excellent in every way. They have introduced a number of processes that help him with his Alzheimer's and are always ready to help in any way that is needed. A member of staff keeps in contact with me and advises when things are needed. I cannot praise Juniper Home Care enough, they are 110% committed to the people in their care.
