I am happy with the support I am getting with the service. My choice and preference is respected. I am happy with the management and the staff working with me.

We have nothing but praise to unite highland care. The supportive staff and management. The staff are caring, compassionate, respectful and are highly dedicated in delivering the highest quality care to my son who is autistic. We are truly grateful and amazed how our son has thrived in his independence in these few months that he moved to this accommodation. We have witnessed how happy he is in his new home, and as parents it gives us joy and peace of his improvement, in his confident and social skills. I will recommend unite highland care. My experience living at Willows lodge has been amazing. My independence has been promoted by the staff working with me. I have a key worker who has been helping me with one to one support. I feel in control of my choices and my independence. I feel respected in my own home.

Best home ever, good staff, I'm well treated, as well we all can have fun and a laugh, if I have any problems they will sort it out right away if they can do it, if not give them some time to come up with an idea.

Our experience with Unite Highland Care came as a pleasant surprise. The caregivers arrive on time, well-presented and always with a pleasant, kind and understanding attitude. They have all built a good rapport and have gained good trust and willingness to please in return. They check for any events or problems since their last visit before commencing with their usual routine. I have also been impressed with their approach (always asking permission to assist before touching), giving the feeling of being respected. We are regularly contacted by the Manager to make sure that our needs are being met.

All carers are excellent support to live in carer, always on time or a little earlier. Communication from office is also very good. Management call at least once per month to check how things are and if there are any issues. Would be very happy to recommend.

My son was welcomed into his accommodation with great care and professionalism. His daily life is fully supported and he is thriving. Honestly this is the best place for my son. I love the bond he has with his favourite staff members. They are like family.

My father has had a spell of ill health and recently spent a spell in hospital. In which time the carers and management have been very supportive to myself and the care of my father with ongoing calls and assurances that when my father came out hospital, care was immediately put into place. Also, the team also showed care and support for myself as I also was struggling.

Mum had a whole host of carers from three different companies over the last few months, she was easily the best... so caring, conscientious and hard-working, but above all, she made my life easier with her communication skills. Always available, patient and kind, she was outstanding and I think you are very lucky to have her.

I have been a client of Unite Highland Care for the past four months and am absolutely delighted with the care and compassion that they carry out on a daily basis for my needs. All of the staff are wonderful and friendly and carry out their duties, always happily. I would recommend Unite Highland Care one hundred per cent.

A lovely professional, caring and friendly team, with regular carers throughout the week, so that we have got to know them, and they know my husband's needs. The carers who visit are always cheerful.

Very happy with the care provided by the manager and his team. My cousin is not an easy person to care for but the manager worked hard to ensure his team fitted in with her wishes and they were very caring and accommodating. They were flexible in their approach, more so than any other agency we have used, and this was very much appreciated. My cousin responded well to their approach - most of the time - and when she did not, it was not the fault of the carers of Unite Highland. I cannot recommend the manager and his team highly enough.

I have found the carers sent have been attentive and willing and tried their best to look after my mother's needs. It has been reassuring to know her personal needs are being taken care of. Thank you for arranging such good people to come.

Good after a bad start. But very good now.

Very happy with the care my dad has received. The carers always turn up when they say they will. I like the fact that he always has the same few carers, so he has got to know them. They are always cheerful when they come round and will have a chat with him.
