What stood out for me most is how they treated mom as a friend , not just a patient , taking time to chat to her , laugh with her and add some brightness to her day keeping her smiling through this difficult disease , the same kindness was extended to us a family and the carers we had were all really approachable and easy to talk openly and honestly with

To start with I thought this was a good care company, they are not. Shocked at how terrible they treat clients, not turning up, no communication, terrible hygiene, careless. Please be careful if your family member is a client.
We have been using Biliv since February 2024 , for our brother in law ,who has now moved into a care home . And we have found them to be very responsive , reliable and mindful ,of what , at times have been difficult situations . They have always acted quickly and professionally and kept us up to date with any possible problems , and are always courteous with their client . Thank you for the care you have given .

Biliv Care not only cared beautifully for our 99-year-old mum, to enable her to die at home and in her own bed, but they also cared for us, as a family. Their care and sound sensible approach to what was to come gave us all confidence to do what Mum wanted most which was to be at home with family close by. We will be forever grateful.

My wife who had a terminal illness received excellent care. Due to my wife's illness, she did not sleep very well so we requested a later time slot in the mornings and this was received. The carers treated her with so much care, I could not rate them highly enough. Thank you so much.
All of the carers are absolutely amazing. The level of care is absolutely perfect. They stay in contact all of the time with myself and my wife. It’s reassuring that my mum is being looked after throughout each day and they accommodate whatever is required. Keep up the good work!

It was Social Services who initially appointed Biliv Care as carers. A manager from Biliv Care came to the house working out the number of visits and the suitable times. The manager was a very pleasant women who explained the purpose of the visiting carers, which was to administer medication three times per day. My Dad was then diagnosed as having Alzheimer's. Being totally satisfied with the service Biliv Care were providing we increased the amount of time and number of visits they would visit. The carers have never missed a visit and always enter the house in a happy and caring manner. They always address the 'patients' in a courteous and friendly way, whilst completing their tasks in a totally professional way. Even when my Mother is in an abusive mood they have the ability to talk to her in a calm and caring way which in turns calms her down. One does hear stories of non caring, useless care companies, but Biliv Care simply prove this to be untrue.

Times are stuck to and if for any reason they are going to be more than half an hour late, they phone us to let us know.
Management makes contact with us regularly to make sure things are going ok and ask if we feel our care needs are being met.
The ladies don't rush or push if they are close to our time ending.
Best care company we have used so far, and we've had a few!
