We have been using Biliv since February 2024 , for our brother in law ,who has now moved into a care home . And we have found them to be very responsive , reliable and mindful ,of what , at times have been difficult situations . They have always acted quickly and professionally and kept us up to date
with any possible problems , and are always courteous with their client . Thank you for the care you have given .

My mother has been receiving personal care from Biliv for almost 12 months. The carers give above and beyond their care and assistance. We have consistency with a couple of the carers which is wonderful. They always have a welcoming smile and ask what you need before they leave. Earlier this month
I needed a few night stays also for my mother whilst away and the carer was superb and caring for all her needs also keeping things clean and tidy. I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone needing personal care.

Biliv Care not only cared beautifully for our 99-year-old mum, to enable her to die at home and in her own bed, but they also cared for us, as a family. Their care and sound sensible approach to what was to come gave us all confidence to do what Mum wanted most which was to be at home with family close

My mom is the most precious person in my life and it takes a lot for me to trust anyone but I can say, with my hand on my heart, these care providers are utterly beautiful, they gave my mom 110% care and more, they go the extra mile and some, believe me, they were supportive and caring, on time for
calls, which was a big thing for my mom. It's very sad my mom has now had to go into care but I would say trust this care provider to care for your loved one, our experience with them was exceptional and I will be forever grateful to them, God's angels, thank you from my heart to the manager and your team.

My wife who had a terminal illness received excellent care. Due to my wife's illness, she did not sleep very well so we requested a later time slot in the mornings and this was received. The carers treated her with so much care, I could not rate them highly enough. Thank you so much.

All of the carers are absolutely amazing. The level of care is absolutely perfect. They stay in contact all of the time with myself and my wife. It’s reassuring that my mum is being looked after throughout each day and they accommodate whatever is required. Keep up the good work!

It was Social Services who initially appointed Biliv Care as carers. A manager from Biliv Care came to the house working out the number of visits and the suitable times. The manager was a very pleasant women who explained the purpose of the visiting carers, which was to administer medication three times
per day. My Dad was then diagnosed as having Alzheimer's. Being totally satisfied with the service Biliv Care were providing we increased the amount of time and number of visits they would visit. The carers have never missed a visit and always enter the house in a happy and caring manner. They always address the 'patients' in a courteous and friendly way, whilst completing their tasks in a totally professional way. Even when my Mother is in an abusive mood they have the ability to talk to her in a calm and caring way which in turns calms her down. One does hear stories of non caring, useless care companies, but Biliv Care simply prove this to be untrue.

We can't fault this care company at all. We have 3 ladies that come into our home to provide care, and as we have young children, having the same carers is so nice, it keeps routine. All three ladies are so polite, caring and respectful.
Times are stuck to and if for any reason they are going to be
more than half an hour late, they phone us to let us know.
Management makes contact with us regularly to make sure things are going ok and ask if we feel our care needs are being met.
The ladies don't rush or push if they are close to our time ending.
Best care company we have used so far, and we've had a few!
