Our Mum needed some care after a recent hospital stay and we were given the services from Ringstead Healthcare. Having never needed this before it was all a bit bewildering but we soon got the hang of who was who and who did what! Mum was reluctant at first to have someone looking after her personal care but very quickly became very fond of a few of the carers that came and quite honestly didn't have a problem with any of them. Mum has hearing issues and the carers did their best to help her in a polite and dignified way. We had a point of contact who was easy to get hold of and always super helpful with anything we needed. Mum is moving home soon and is quite sad that she can't take her carers with her! She only hopes that her new carers are just as lovely.

From the last review, nothing much has changed. I'm still happy with the services provided. Carers are friendly and always helpful with my house chores. They always notify when they are running late. I'm happy with the service keep up the good work.

The team do a great job looking after my mother, particularly the responsiveness of the management structure is impressive. I had a response after a few minutes at 10pm last night! Just hope they don't work too hard! Thank you all

Ringstead Agency gave my father very good care. They were efficient, friendly, caring and patient, especially with his personal care. I would not hesitate to recommend them. They kept the house clean and tidy, sorted his laundry and took him out in the garden in his wheelchair when the weather got warmer.

Everyone was always very nice and friendly, and very kind to my aunt. She was very well looked after.

Very comprehensive review with the care coordinator. The agency are very responsive and the carers are genuinely good to my mother. The management and admin support seem to be very good consistently. They always give the time to address any points we raise and always have a positive solution focused manner. Very grateful to have this service giving mum's care.

Ringstead has been amazing in the two years I have been with them. It's hard when you go from no care but the transition was made so easy and comfortable by management. Every carer I have had has been fantastic - they remember my family and what's been happening, my hobbies and interests. It always feels like I am being cared for by friends and family. I couldn't tell you who my favourite carer is because they are all good in their own ways. There has never been a time I was uncomfortable with my care.

The care given to my Mum after she came home from hospital for the 12 hours with these carers is amazing and nothing is too much trouble for any of them. They are there for all her needs and at 91 and house bound they comfort her also when she is in a lot of pain and try to encourage her to do things, and she loves all of them. They are angels to her. Thank you, this team is highly recommended.

Mum is generally happy with her care. She has taken a while to adapt to her circumstances as she is normally very independent. My sister would like more prepared meals given to mum opposed to crackers etc but other than this the carers are very bice and happy to accommodate mum in all areas.

The whole experience with Ringstead Healthcare has been a huge benefit as I have no experience in care to support my Mother to the level she now needs! all the staff have been amazing.

Whilst the needs of the client appear complex we have been with this care company for some time now, however I believe the constant revolving door of staff and the length of time spent on shadowing is not done appropriately. My mother has said that at times her wishes are not respected. This is a private family home. Some staff seem quite inexperienced arriving to meet my mother once and then appearing as her main carer with shadowing only covering one day. However all staff do try very hard to meet my mother's needs and are pleasant.

We are happy with the care provided, I was nervous when it started but now we like it.

Service is excellent telephone manner is good and always polite.

They all work hard to give a high standard of support to both of us.

Very friendly and caring people, they try really hard to accommodate everyone’s schedules and needs and I’m really happy to have them as my caregivers, they stick to a scheduled time each day so you always know when they are coming and they work really hard to be on time.
