As a person always interested in people, their cultures and language I was anxious about the carers coming from Ringstead but as times moved on, I need have been concerned. The circle I have met over the past year have been professional, friendly, polite, laughter loving and ready to do what is necessary. They are capable of dealing upfront in a new kitchen, finding dishes etc. and serving up ones meal. In the main timing is good but they work well within time limits and as planned. I have a few problems and could not manage alone with mobility, dressing etc. I hope the circle of carers I have and know now will entertain me for as long as I need them. Thank you Ringstead.

As indicated below the care I have received has been excellent, although I di find the cost quite expensive.

The carers provide a very good level of care for mum which gives us the peace of mind when we are not able to be with her. They are vigilant about her health issues and communicate directly with the support services and her doctor and look after the medications. They are friendly and considerate to mums need both physically and emotionally and try to keep her spirits up.

I am very happy with all my carers- they help me when I cannot manage- they go over and above- they always manage my stoma bag which I can't do on my own- they do washing up and make my bed- they are wonderful.

Excellent care providers. The carers are kind, friendly and reliable. This is important for mum who needs lots of reassurance. They engage with all the family and their happy personalities lift everyones spirits. Mum's hospital stay resulted in Ringstead providing temporary care on return home. We were so impressed we switched to them permanently and a year on no regrets.

Ringstead have been caring for my mum for a year. They are amazing. Really experienced, professional, kind, and caring. We would be lost without them and are grateful for everything they do. I would definitely recommend Ringstead to anyone needing care at home.

Generally excellent care supplied.

I rely heavily on the carers and they are wonderful. The carers are familiar with me and my home and they pay attention to detail.

My experience has been very good they help me very well with all what I need washing dishes, helping with cooking, laundry and mopping the floor, shopping, overall their service is good.

We have been incredibly pleased with the care and support provided by the live in carers. They are treated my nan with genuine kindness, patience and dignity, always ensuring she feels, comfortable, safe and respected. The carers have taken the time to get to know her routines and preferences. We are truly grateful for everything they do and would highly recommend the service.

We have had an extremely positive experience since requiring four times a day carers for my father. The carers are respectful, friendly, kind and knowledgable. They have even learnt to speak my father's native language and engage with him as well as the rest of the family. They are truly friends of the family now.

The App is very useful and phone calls to inform of delays or changes to timings of carers visiting is thoughtful.

There has also been prompt involvement of other health care professionals such as district nurses when needed.

Our Mum needed some care after a recent hospital stay and we were given the services from Ringstead Healthcare. Having never needed this before it was all a bit bewildering but we soon got the hang of who was who and who did what! Mum was reluctant at first to have someone looking after her personal care but very quickly became very fond of a few of the carers that came and quite honestly didn't have a problem with any of them. Mum has hearing issues and the carers did their best to help her in a polite and dignified way. We had a point of contact who was easy to get hold of and always super helpful with anything we needed. Mum is moving home soon and is quite sad that she can't take her carers with her! She only hopes that her new carers are just as lovely.

Ringstead Agency gave my father very good care. They were efficient, friendly, caring and patient, especially with his personal care. I would not hesitate to recommend them. They kept the house clean and tidy, sorted his laundry and took him out in the garden in his wheelchair when the weather got warmer.

Everyone was always very nice and friendly, and very kind to my aunt. She was very well looked after.

Very comprehensive review with the care coordinator. The agency are very responsive and the carers are genuinely good to my mother. The management and admin support seem to be very good consistently. They always give the time to address any points we raise and always have a positive solution focused manner. Very grateful to have this service giving mum's care.
