My partner had severe heart problems and due to a neurological condition was unable to walk or feed himself. He needed several visits a day over a period of months.
I cannot recommend Ringstead Healthcare highly enough. His frequent admissions to hospital meant that we had to cancel visits and arrange
visits at short notice when he was discharged. This was dealt with in a very sensitive manner and Ringstead did everything possible to make sure he had the care he needed when he needed it. I cannot fault their care for him, they are friendly and professional and arranged for him to have appliances and adaptations to make his life easier. They were also instrumental in arranging for him to have a hospital bed delivered which made him much more comfortable.
I found them reliable and interactive. My partner was very pleased with their standard of care when he was at his most vulnerable. Thank you so much for everything you did for him.

I find that my carer is kind and helpful. I look forward to seeing my carer. I am very satisfied with the care provided. In the event that I will need more care than I am currently receiving I am confident that Ringstead will help me.

Highly recommended. Ringstead provided in-home care for my father-in-law, who found his carers to be professional, friendly, respectful and helpful. He enjoyed their visits, which were consistently on time and covered all of his needs, and frequently cheered him up for the day. He and his family were
able to rely on his carers getting him safely in and out of bed, looking after his health, and highlighting any concerns they had. Communication from Ringstead is particularly good. We found them to be very responsive to enquiries, and the online reporting system was very convenient for keeping track of visits. We are grateful for the dignified and conscientious care provided by Ringstead and their team of carers and recommend them without reservation.
