A good service provider who will always step in at short notice to provide extra care when needed. Regular carer that has got to know my father and his ways. Always very polite and makes sure my fathers needs are met

On the whole, the service is good. Carers are always polite and clean, dust and vacuum well, now that I have replaced the vacuum, which was not picking up. Glass and windows often need a reminder.

Mum has been very well cared for with respect and dignity.

Our family have peace of mind that our father is been cared for very well as his mobility declines, which means that he can remain living at home where he has lived for 56 years. His live-in carer is very kind, attentive, gentle, patient and very professional. Our father has early signs of vascular dementia and he is a Type I insulin dependent diabetic which means that the Carer has to be very aware of any medical changes - she manages these with ease. I would highly recommend this agency. When the carer has annual leave, the Agency always manage replacements in plenty of time which includes an opportunity to meet the 'stand-in carer' before she takes on the role - this is very important not only for my father to know who will be caring and living with him him, but for us as a family too. A good testament to the Carer is that when I am alone with my father I ask him "how is going with the Carer Dad" and he always comments very positively and I can see that he is happy and content.
