We are, however, concerned about the instances you've raised regarding some carers rushing and not fully attending to your brother's needs. We sincerely apologize for any discomfort this has caused. We will be reviewing this situation immediately and addressing it with the relevant staff members to ensure they are better equipped to manage their time between appointments. Your suggestion about transportation and shoe covers is also very helpful, and we will ensure that all carers are reminded to wear shoe covers upon entering carpeted areas. Additionally, we want to make sure your sister-in-law gets the respite she deserves during visits, so we'll address this with the team.
