Chromium Care

All.the carers are pleasant, understanding of my husbands needs.They are efficient willing to go the extra mile to be helpful to my husband & to.me.We have been having the carers since my husband was discharged from hospital.in October, when the hospital discharge 4 weeks help was over we decided to continue with Chromium Care privately at our own cost as my husband &.myself are very happy with all the carers & the efficient & caring way they do their job..Will recommend them to other people.

Chromium are delivering an excellent service. We've worked with a few care providers and they provide the best care that we've seen. Caring , Professional and treat their patients with Dignity. I Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Chromium Care carers were wonderful with mum after a stroke seriously impacted her mobility. Her number 1 wish was to go back to her home and carry on living independently. Chromium Care allowed this to happen and ensured that she managed to get her wish whilst caring for her with respect, good humor and kindness. Although she initially found having to have so much care challenging, she soon came to rely on the carers and enjoyed getting to know them.

I would highly recommend the manager and her team to anyone! And we thank them all so much for the time and support we had from them!

I found all the carers, that came to my mum, very polite, well mannered and kind. They did an excellent job. They gave her medicine, which they sometimes had to coax her to take, they always did this with the utmost respect and kindness. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I consider us very fortunate to have Chromium Care look after my mother's needs. They accomplish efficiently, patiently and respectfully tasks which most people would find quite difficult and onerous. There is an earnest sense of reliance and responsibility from all levels of staff which give us great comfort and reassurance. We totally depend on them and they have lived up to and beyond our expectations.

Always have a chat on each visit and enjoy a laugh with us and our family and visitors respectfully.

Carers are very considerate of Mum's need for privacy during intimate care, they are kind and courteous. They are thoughtful and understand her needs based on her Alzheimer's. Very good at informing us of any concerns about her health, well-being. Prompt timekeeping, good at tidying up before they go, chat with my dad too making sure he is kept informed and giving him the chance to chat or tell carers any worries he may have regarding Mum. Very kind caring carers who provide fantastic service for my mum.

All the carers are polite and friendly to me and treat my husband with patience and kindness. There has occasionally been problems with delays but I have always been kept informed. I sometimes find communication a little difficult - usually because the carer is wearing a mask. They are all very willing to help me as well as my husband which I appreciate very much.

I have found Chromium Care carers to be very professional and prompt when they carry out the four visits per day looking after all my sister's needs. The carer interacts well with my sister, which at times can be very challenging and keeps me well informed of any problems as I live some distance away.

Nothing is too much for them, taking my seven prescriptions to the surgery. I so look forward to each visit with joy and happiness. I love having them around. Life would have been a nightmare without their help.

Any problems we have had have been resolved with minimal fuss, would highly recommend.
