Absolutely stunning level of care throughout and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The knowledge and expertise are faultless. Marama was diligent and committed, invested thoroughly in my son's well-being and peace of mind. My lad can be challenging but at least I know he is in the very best hands, superb care. They've supported him for months and I'm so grateful for them. They're lovely people.
The team at Marama Care would like to say a huge thank you for this wonderful and well-written review. Marama Care prides itself on person-led and outstanding care and gives us such joy to know that this is what is being delivered to your son. Stacey Bradbury - Quality Improvement and Training Manager.
Whilst in the care of Marama she was always treated with respect, humility and love even though she would be aggressive, rude and racist to those who cared for her, the care that she was given was second to none in extreme circumstances with no animosity at all despite her attempts to bait and cajole the carers.
I have no problem recommending the staff and management of Marama care to anyone, my daughter received excellent care and guidance with extended provision for her extreme needs.

My son has been with Marama Care since April 2024, he has autism and they have been fantastic in getting to know him and his additional needs. The carers are really kind, considerate and capable of working with adults who have complicated behaviours. I couldn’t be happier with how he has settled in such a short space of time.

Their exceptional ability not only transformed our son’s life but also gave our family a renewed sense of normalcy. With them, our son gained confidence and joy, venturing out to shops and parks. This marked the beginning of trust and a significant shift in all our lives.

Very professional, courteous and responsive management. Superb, friendly and resilient staff who have developed such a wonderful rapport with my daughter - it's all I can do to keep from weeping with happiness when I see the staff and more daughter interacting. All in all, I would say Marama Care - Supported Living Services are the finest provider of support that I have ever known and I have been a Learning Disability Nurse for over 20 years. Well done and thank you to all at Marama.

Coming from a mother who held on very tight to her son, Marama Care have not only met my son's needs, but have delivered a way of life for our family that we didn't think was possible and have actually helped me personally to eliminate those terrible feelings of guilt. My son is happy and content, and that's down to everyone concerned with this organisation. Marama Care are 100% committed to providing excellence and quality of life. Their politeness, communication, and specialist knowledge is an absolute credit to them all and they all go the extra mile to ensure all needs are met where possible. I continue to be astounded by the level of detail the staff give in their daily reports, and having access to this helps reassure me that he's doing ok. I can highly recommend this care provider. Invaluable!

I couldn't be happier with the service Marama care offer to my son and myself. Without the service, we wouldn't have any form of respite or support. The management and staff are lovely and go above and beyond. The communication between the management and myself is always good. I get reports sent weekly, so I'm able to see how my son has been over the weekend. The staff are always happy to help and answer any questions I have. I would highly recommend the service marama care provide.

My daughter is nonverbal, and communication is a major issue. Her autism is complex, and over the years, very challenging to manage. Marama Care started working with me last year - when my daughter was served notice at her residence. We spent several months working on a transition plan, carefully introducing new team members and working with "blueprints" that we knew worked with my daughter. This went very well and she moved into a new home with her care team. They knew her well at this point and were able to work successfully with some of the triggers that presented themselves during this time. The team have worked with her autism rather than trying, and change her behaviours, and this has paid huge dividends. There have been some scares over the last three months but very few (if any) challenging physical behaviours. My daughter is happy with her structured life, and this is bringing with it other really positive outcomes. She's interacting, happy and more communicative. Well done, Marama Care!
