Midlands Community Care are fantastic. Having moved from a pervious care company whose attitude and ethic were poor, myself and family were left feeling helpless. Midland Community Care were highly recommend and genuinely changed my grandmothers life for the better. The staff are brilliant they go above and beyond in every aspect, nothing is ever to much they aren't just there to do a job they genuinely care in every way. The office staff are brilliant everything is taken care of. Management are perfect they are very responsive and efficient you really couldn't ask for more. Thank you.

My mother received care for a few months from your team. Visits were increased as her needs evolved, ultimately resulting in the need for end of life care. All members of staff treated Mom with kindness, respect, compassion and empathy. I will never be able to thank you enough for the quality of care that Mom received and the support that was given to me during her end of life care.

I can't praise Midlands Community Care high enough. We had a few care companies before them, one of which was only temporary so we lucked out when Midlands finally got the contract. They were all lovely, respectful, conscientious and reliable. My mother loved them and I believe they loved her too. Their kindness will always be remembered.

Dependable service providing individualised care for clients. A true feeling of caring and wanting the best for their client. A professional approach teamed with a friendly and relaxed presentation on each visit. Good problem solving and attention to detail. I passed on their details to a friend and his Mother and Father are now also benefiting from their care and support. They give me peace of mind in what is a difficult and complicated situation.
Fantastic company. Excellent care, lovely carers, and excellent support from the office. Always go above and beyond to help out, not only for the service user but also for my husband who does not receive care. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a care company that goes that extra mile for their loved ones.
Having said that, all girls are always very helpful and always make a fuss of Dad.
If I need to contact the office I always get help and if Dad needs the doctor they are quick to get in touch with them.
All in all, very happy with the care.

Meet the Team (3)
Shannon opened the Company in August 2022, following a degree in Adult Nursing from the University. While studying, she worked with the healthcare industry as a community care worker. Shannon opened the company in order to continue making a difference in people's lives and to promote and deliver high standards of care to the community. Shannon holds the role of Director and Registered Manager at Midlands Community Care Ltd.
Staci joined the team in August 2022 when the company first opened its doors as a care coordinator with 20+ years of experience within the healthcare sector. She quickly progressed within her role to deputy manager, care manager and has since gained her registration with CQC as Registered Manager. Staci provides a high level of support to all service users and staff continuously, promoting and managing high standards of care.
Sarah joined the team in April 2024 as a field care supervisor and quickly progressed to care coordinator due to her hard work and dedication within her role. Sarah focuses on recruitment and staff training as well as assessments, and ensuring all clients' needs are met and delivered to a high-quality standard.
