Midlands Community Care are fantastic. Having moved from a pervious care company whose attitude and ethic were poor, myself and family were left feeling helpless. Midland Community Care were highly recommend and genuinely changed my grandmothers life for the better. The staff are brilliant they go above and beyond in every aspect, nothing is ever to much they aren't just there to do a job they genuinely care in every way. The office staff are brilliant everything is taken care of. Management are perfect they are very responsive and efficient you really couldn't ask for more. Thank you.

My mother received care for a few months from your team. Visits were increased as her needs evolved, ultimately resulting in the need for end of life care. All members of staff treated Mom with kindness, respect, compassion and empathy. I will never be able to thank you enough for the quality of care that Mom received and the support that was given to me during her end of life care.

I can't praise Midlands Community Care high enough. We had a few care companies before them, one of which was only temporary so we lucked out when Midlands finally got the contract. They were all lovely, respectful, conscientious and reliable. My mother loved them and I believe they loved her too. Their kindness will always be remembered.

Dependable service providing individualised care for clients. A true feeling of caring and wanting the best for their client. A professional approach teamed with a friendly and relaxed presentation on each visit. Good problem solving and attention to detail. I passed on their details to a friend and his Mother and Father are now also benefiting from their care and support. They give me peace of mind in what is a difficult and complicated situation.
