New Beginnings have been a wonderful support to my son and our family. The carers are kind, caring, patient, and always treat him with dignity and respect. I'm very happy with the quality of care they provide, and their support gives me great peace of mind. I truly appreciate everything they do and would happily recommend their services.

Overall Experience
Always a great service from New Beginnings Care. Friendly, trustworthy and do an excellent job of caring for my Uncle.
They help with housework and Uncles house is always outstandingly clean.

We are 100% happy with all aspects of their service.

Hilda is a Registered Learning Disability Nurse with over 17 years of experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and older people across a variety of health and social care settings.

She is deeply committed to delivering compassionate, person-centred care that empowers individuals to live safely, independently, and with dignity within their own homes and communities. Hilda strongly believes that every person deserves to feel valued, respected, and heard, while being supported to make informed choices and achieve the goals that matter most to them.

In addition to her extensive clinical background, Hilda is the Registered Manager of New Beginnings Care Services, where she leads the delivery of high-quality supported living and domiciliary care services. Her leadership ensures that all care provided is safe, responsive, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs, preferences, and aspirations.

Hilda founded New Beginnings Care Services with a clear vision: to combine her professional expertise and genuine passion for care to create meaningful, positive change in people’s lives. Her goal is to provide a service that individuals and families can trust—one that is reliable, compassionate, professional, and truly person-centred.

Nickesha Job Title:Deputy Manager

Nickesha is an experienced health and social care professional with several years of experience across care coordination, service management and leadership within adult social care. She currently supports New Beginnings Care as a part-time Deputy Manager, bringing a strong background in delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred services.

Having progressed from Care Coordinator to Registered Care Manager, Nickesha has developed extensive experience in overseeing care services, supporting staff teams, completing and reviewing care plans and risk assessments, managing safeguarding concerns, monitoring quality and compliance, and helping services maintain high standards in line with CQC expectations.

Her management experience also includes staff recruitment and induction, supervision and development, audits, incident management, service improvement and working collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary professionals, including GPs, district nurses, occupational therapists and social workers.

Nickesha holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Management, giving her a combination of care-sector leadership experience and strong organisational and business-management skills.

At New Beginnings Care, Nickesha works alongside the management team to support the effective day-to-day running of the service, staff development, quality assurance, regulatory compliance and the delivery of high-quality care.

She is passionate about ensuring that every individual is treated with dignity, respect and compassion. Her approach is centred on promoting independence, listening to the people receiving support and ensuring that care is tailored to each person’s individual needs, choices and aspirations.
