Seamless support following leaving the hospice. The lead carer communicated with me effectively and openly. Good processes in place. Keep up the good work. Thanks.
The care and support of our clients is at the heart of our service and our lead carer works very hard to ensure the comfort of our clients as well as to gain the trust of family and friends of the...

Our carers are delighted to know that you have taken note of their kindness and attention and care.
Excellant service provided by caring staff. They are always pleasant and nice to have in your home.I know that they will always put the welfare of their clients before anything else. They genuinely care for the welfare of their clients.
Thank you IC for your feedback. Its a privilege to serve each of our clients and our carers have it within themselves the heart and kindness to always give the best of themselves. When we receive such feedback, we can only strive to maintain the quality and level of service.
Nothing is to much for them and they are great at staying in contact if they need anything in particular as part of care I.e if something is needed amongst shopping or if they have any concerns that need sorting.
Thank you for your kind feedback. Our carers indeed all are of caring hearts and minds and are committed to giving each of our clients like your Father-in- law the best care and support to enable him to live his best life as well as to give the family the support needed in daily living.
They cheered up my mum.
Very friendly and clean and tidy.
Respected everyone and everything.
Very professional.
Dear Steven
In the words of our carers, your Mom was such a lovely person and you and your family showed so much appreciation of the carers in their support of your Mom which was a difference maker to their daily efforts.
Warm Regards
Janine & the management team.
Just a few words on behalf of my sister Sylvia. As she is quite happy with the care that you provide. "She is very fond of Sharmen", but has no problem with any of the caregivers. But her biggest problem is her hearing. She finds communication with the girls extremely difficult, which leads to her and them not understanding each other. This week she has been unwell, but can't explain to the girls. She is also showing signs of being depressed, hopefully we can sort this out over the coming months.
Dear Jackie
We will continue to work with you in supporting Sylvia to enjoy her best life and health.
I have taken it upon myself to check in regularly with you and Sylvia whilst also reminding the care team to be...
Every single person that comes to care for me are amazing, they are helpful and friendly and really make a difference to my day-to-day life. Recently I have lost quite a bit of mobility in my legs, I've been needing a bit more help than normal. I can't thank your team enough for everything they do for me. It's not just about the physical things they do for me, they talk to me, it's lovely to have someone to chat to when you've been alone all week. Thank you so much.
Thank you for the feeedback.
Knowing that our carers not only support you physically but also bring companionship and warmth to your week is exactly what we strive for. Your words remind us why we do what we do.
Our carers have this to say about you Lindsey. ' Lindsey is a strong...
They were always punctual and arrived with smiles. They were very gentle, patient and caring and mum felt very comfortable. This is so important when you are in your own home.
Mum really enjoyed chatting to the girls and there is nothing negative to say. All the carers were just lovely and myself and my dad really appreciate the care they gave to mum xxx
Dear ClaireIt was a privilege for us to care for your mum at that stage of her life well lived. Thank you for your encouraging feedback for our lovely carers and team. This will certainly serve as a reminder for them to serve and support and answer to the call in helping individuals live their...
Purple Lilac Healthcare have been looking after both my mum and dad for 6 months now and I have nothing but praise for each and every one of their ladies. Having had a bad experience with a less than satisfactory care company I have no words to express how relieved myself and my family now feel knowing that Mum and Dad are happy with their care. Purple Lilac go over and above, they respect my parents' dignity, show professionalism at all times and have built a rapport to allow all to have a good ole laugh now and again. I could not recommend more.
