Amazing - service user is excited and happy every time ! Staff are wonderful and are attentive and put the mind at ease when service user is in their care ! Dignity is maintained even woth service users love of grub ! Friendly, punctual and visibly make an impact ! Would recommend very much so ! Very good communication and quick responses to emails and contact ! Very very positive impact made on service user and their family ! Thank you !!!
She is just so friendly and caring, she is easy to talk to and you can tell how much she loves children and wants to make a difference in their lives and those of their families too.
She is so easy to talk to and, I know it may sound strange but it feels like she is becoming part of the family already!
We would very much like to have her on a regular basis please and we thank her for everything she has done already for Ollie, he really does love her and it's lovely to hear when she's making him laugh.

The staff manage very well when out in public with our Son who has multiple complex special needs and the Managers are very intelligent and have shown professionalism dillegece and compassion far more than previous care companies.
We trust thier competence and we are so lucky to have found them.

Supported our autistic son excellently in the community for the past year now. His carers are patient, friendly and treat our son like an individual. They handle his at times extremely challenging behaviour with a patient and professional manner. They take an interest. In his likes, dislikes and interests . The management of Neptune have gone out of their way to accommodate us as a family and have moved hours to care for Reece so we can attend appointments, meetings and events. I highly recommend this company !
Is a well organised company. That puy their customer in mind, and very proactive to any queries. The staffs are polite and very friendly and adhere to instructions at any given time which make them outstanding. I will recommend them at any time because they're very effective thanks.

Excellent caring staff and brilliant management. My daughter loves her carers and they are amazing at getting her out to do activities. She used to refuse to go out with them but we were able to persuade her to go out and now it's a regular part of her routine.
Very good service, always on time to collect my daughter, the only down side is they don't have transport so activities have to be close to home by foot or public transport, but the carers are so kind and very caring and take in account all needs.
The Neptune staff are very good with my daughter, and have a good understanding of her ADHD and autistic needs. The agency are great because they offer flexibility with the hours when required. Really appreciate everything the carers do, and what they offer. It has been a lifeline for us so far, as the respite has been desperately needed for our own sanity as a family unit at home.

My son has amazing carer who he now regards as a friend! We have had so many professionals in and out over the years and no one has made such a big impact as them in a short period of time - it is nothing short of miraculous!

It would be nice if they could supply a car during the winter months, this is not necessary all the time.

From the very start the care provider has been extremely helpful, going out of their way, above and beyond to offer every solution to our very intricate situation. The level of professionalism has been incredibly high with every detail covered in exceptional detail. The care that they are providing for my child is done with warmth, compassion and understanding of his needs to a very high standard. He feels happy, safe and very much cared about, by the whole team. The level of support given to the rest of our family is remarkable and done with enormous enthusiasm. I have previously used other care providers and can honestly say I have never felt as at ease as I do with this company. After a month of thrice daily visits, they feel like part of our extended family. I honestly could not wish for more. I would absolutely and highly recommend this care provider.
