My husband needed help getting washed and dressed in the mornings, in the week that he went to daycare, this freed me to do other essential tasks. I found SAG Living Hope staff to be very understanding of our situation (my husband has dementia). They visited promptly to meet us and consider the care that was needed. The carers that arrived in due course have always been punctual, very polite and helpful. They quickly learned what was required and also adapted as required. SAG are able to provide different levels of support to suit times when she is on her own for a few days and for times when other family members are at home to provide some support for my mother.

We have a rotation of 3 carers to keep continuity because of dad's dementia who live in.

Valerie has over 12 years’ experience working in the personal health care sector including 6 plus years working for Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust.
