The service has been very good since being set up eight months ago after hospital admission. Organised smoothly and care has continued daily with morning visit; lunch time visits for ensuring eating were stopped after two months after being successful.
Care has continued with friendly staff throughout
and Dad is very happy and content. Extra care post cataract surgery was taken on board without any problems.

My husband required full time care for 18 months.
B & H care were absolutely amazing. The carers were all wonderful people who went above and beyond their duties, in fact we were so fond of them they became like our friends.
They always made sure my husband never lost his dignity. They were always
happy and just truly exceptional people who made my husband feel safe and comfortable.
The admin team were also unbelievably supportive, so helpful at all times.
Extremely accommodating to my husbands changing needs.
I would 100 percent recommend this wonderful home care company as a family we truly can't
thank you enough for all that you all did for my husband to make his and my life so much easier and for always being there on the other end of the phone.
Thank you so much, we won't forget any of your staff and the kindness that my husband and myself were given.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 5.000 for B & H Care is calculated as follows: ( (18 Excellents x 5) ) ÷ 18 Ratings = 5
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5').

    The 5 points available are broken down as follows: 3 points for the first Positive Review, 2 points in total for each of the next 9 Positive Reviews (1st = 3, 2nd = 0.5, 3rd = 0.5, 4th = 0.25, 5th = 0.25, 6th = 0.1, 7th = 0.1, 8th = 0.1, 9th = 0.1, 10th = 0.1)

The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for B & H Care is based on 3 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 + 0.5 + 0.5 = 4
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Home Care Provider does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.

I was born in London and bought up in the South East London area, after travelling for a while I finally settled in Suffolk with my family, I started working with B and H Care after being a full time carer for my nan who had Alzheimers and the B and H Team would come in and help me so I wanted to give back and support them for the amazing jobs they do.

I absolutely love my job, and talking to all our clients and their families makes my day.
