Hello, my name is Obiageli and I am the Operations Manager at B & H Care. I oversee the day-to-day delivery of high-quality home care services, ensuring safe, person-centred support for all clients. My role is to lead and coordinate care operations, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and ensure our services consistently meet and exceed expectations.
I am responsible for managing care teams, overseeing rotas and staffing levels, supporting recruitment and training, and ensuring carers are equipped to deliver compassionate and professional care. I work closely with clients and their families to ensure care plans are tailored, regularly reviewed, and responsive to changing needs.

A key part of my role involves quality assurance, safeguarding, risk management, and maintaining compliance with CQC standards and company policies. I monitor performance, address concerns promptly, and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance service delivery.

I also liaise with healthcare professionals, local authorities, and external partners to ensure coordinated care and positive outcomes for our clients.

I am Martha a senior carer with over 2 years experience in providing professional, compassionate care and support to adult and people with learning disabilities. I am skilled at assisting with daily activities, medication management and companionship tailored to specific client needs.

I am currently working with B & H Care based in Ipswich with clients all over Ipswich and it's neighbouring towns. B&H Care focuses on person centred care, great team work and client satisfaction as the hallmark. This has equipped me with confidence and the required skills to execute my role as a caregiver to the satisfaction of all the clients put under my care.

I became part of the team in May 2022, and since then I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals across Ipswich and the surrounding areas.
