Overall Experience
Excellent company. Always able to provide the same carers, which is very important for my elderly friend. The carers are always punctual, never late. They know how my friend likes things to be done and where everything is kept.

Always very friendly and professional. Report straight away if they think there are changes in behaviour or if something is not looking right. Provide good companionship and help with personal care. I would highly recommend this company. Their manager goes that extra step to help and ensure that clients and staff are satisfied.

AAT Quality is very helpful, they have been providing me care for the past 6 months, their manager (bless her) will go all the way to make sure that excellent care is provided. They help me with all my day-to-day need, including personal care, medication, meals, appointments, access to the community and keeping my flat nice and clean, all at a very reasonable rate. I will definitely recommend AAT to anyone looking for care or care for their loved ones, friends and family.
