Mandi or Kaffy were walking with me - they always arrived on time. They offered to hold my arm but I did not need that. They accompanied me for the full hour of my walk - it was clear to me that they were ready to help me if it was needed. I was feeling very safe with them and we had pleasant conversations.

I have found the service very professional, starting with a sensible assessment and responsive when the need changed to end of life care. The carers have always come when expected and bring cheerfulness into the home alongside professional body cleansing and care plus ensuring some suitable food is found to tempt a patient with little initial inclination to eat.

Needing two carers per visit, we have had ten different ones over the past month, every one a credit to their company - and perhaps to Nigeria from which the majority have come. There are no weak links. I venture to suggest that my wife's startling recovery from her supposedly terminal illness was principally due to the carers' ability to persuade her to eat properly. As our apparent needs have changed the management have monitored the situation with personal visits and won battles for the provision of equipment, notably rails for the bed, that were not readily forthcoming from a one-size-fits-all NHS rule book.

My mum is 99 and in palliative care in her own home. The staff smile, laugh and brighten mum's day. They are attentive, caring and professional. I am kept fully informed by the staff on all occasions. The quality of care provided is excellent and I personally feel less anxious knowing that mum is in safe hands.

Excellent management team who has proper structural and monitoring in place. The team responds politely and quickly whenever there is an issue. Staff are well trained and offer their responsibilities with tender care and respect. It has been an awesome experience with Carefront Care Services Ltd.

Carefront are providing live in care for my mother after she had some time in hospital and needed extra support. They are providing live in care, but it is more than that. The attention to detail has been amazing and their knowledge and support whilst navigating the changing medical needs of my mother has been phenomenal. I cannot thank Ola and her team enough for helping our family in what has been an incredibly stressful time.

I have 3 main carers (domestic) now who are lovely and caring. However, the management should and could be a lot better.

Briefly - this is a service that is well and sympathetically new with carers who are kind and considerate and aim to provide a quality of care that is appropriate to the person being dealt with. I have appreciated this in all the carers who have come to my home and have found them sensitive to any extra I may have on different occasions.
