Excellent company. All carers so very friendly and polite. Nothing too much trouble for them. Cannot thank them enough for all they did to help me. Initially came four times a day, then twice and finally just one.

Nescare provides very responsible and punctual carers. They're always on time. Gloria is my main carer and she's very wonderful. Always smiling and cheerful and is so great at getting all the jobs done to a very hugh standard. Tammy is also great and is very reliable, kind and patient. I recommend Nescare. What a fantastic care agency!

Usually easy to contact managers and occasional changes to normal visit times can be arranged to suit our needs.

Carers very caring and polite, they do not rush you and always ask if there's anything else they can do for you, they keep in touch with District nurses over your skin condition and care. They cheer my wife up when they come

Obviously it is very early days, but so far I am thrilled with the care Tammy and her team have shown Alan. The carers who are attending my uncle Alan , Qué and Rasheen are lovely kind people who are doing their very best for Alan in the time they have been allocated. Tammy has been helpful in talking us through the process.

Absolutely satisfied with the standard of service given to my husband, with respect and dignity. Very happy.

The two ladies who support me are caring and compassionate. I am pleased I have the same ladies every visit as I have built a rapport with them. Nothing is too much trouble for them - they also have a friendly manner and a smile - which goes a long way.

What am amazing care company, my mum came out of hospital after 12 weeks and was very nervous. They made her feel at ease and looked after her to a very high standard I would highly recommend this company I really couldn't fault there care with my mum

I literally could not manage without the Care provided by Nesscare. I rely on it absolutely in the care of my husband who has dementia and prostate cancer. Every carer is patient, helpful and supportive. Because of this I feel supported as well. I rely on the fact that they are always on time. On the very rare occasion that they have had to spend extra time with a previous client, I have received a text message to let me know. This gives me peace of mind which is invaluable.

I have several care issues Nesscare have to deal with. They put a great deal of thought into deciding how best to care for me which they carry out with great knowledge, professionalism and friendliness. My thoughts are sought at all times and any medical, health and safety concerns are fully explained to me. My business partner is a hard nosed business woman. After watching the carers in action several times she was so impressed and relieved at how Nesscare were looking after me.

Nesscare undertook non residential care of my mother who along with suffering with Alzheimer's also at 94 has very limited mobility. Her residential carer at the time was my late father of 91 years. The care the manager and her team gave to my mother was wonderful, attending three times a day to assist her to the toilet, changing her, clothing her and getting into & out of bed. On the occasions when I had to contact the manager she was ALWAYS available and on the very rare occasions that she couldn't take my call, contacted me soon after me leaving her a message. They were extremely flexible to her needs & on the occasions where care was not required (if I was taking them out for lunch etc), even at late notice. On the morning of my father's passing the manager herself attended to look after mum whilst I dealt with the traumatic circumstances of dad's death. Demonstrating her compassion & professionalism. I cannot thank Nesscare enough for the care they provided for mum & recommend them most highly.

I am extremely pleased with my care from Nesscare. I was visited prior to my care starting to discuss my needs, and these have been met since on every occasion. All staff are friendly, but professional and always treat me with dignity and respect. Communication is very much two way and I look forward to my two visits each day. I would definitely use this company again should I need care in the future.
