Nesscare believes passionately in the delivery of excellent personal care services. At the centre of everything they do are clear values; to deliver the right care, to respect, dignity and choice that reflects individual needs to live a happy life.

All care services are specifically designed to support daily activities in an individual’s daily living environment. And staff are champions within the service, actively ensuring the right care and choice is provided and promoting an outstanding quality of life.

Whether it’s you or family that needs support, Nesscare goes above and beyond to meet individual’s care needs and support in the comfort and privacy of your own home.

The team's approach is customised to every individual through a personal care plan assessment and from as little as 1 hour session or 24 support live in care. Services provided include everything from personal care, help with hospital discharge, learning disability, dementia care to food preparation for cancer care, medication assistance, palliative care, and personal hygiene care.

Nesscare employs staff who are suitably qualified and competent to meet the needs of the people who use the service. All staff receive appropriate training to equip them to meet the assessed needs of the people in this care service, as defined in their individual plan of care. All training is regularly updated and staff receive refresher training so that their working practices are kept up to date and to ensure good practice and the provision of a quality service for individuals.

What am amazing care company, my mum came out of hospital after 12 weeks and was very nervous. They made her feel at ease and looked after her to a very high standard I would highly recommend this company I really couldn't fault there care with my mum

Nice, caring people who are helping my Mum with a professional attitude. Honest and reliable with good communication skills. They are open to suggestions and keep the family informed and up to date. Very good.

Excellent care.
Friendly, empathetic, helpful and very kind.
Very thorough with personal care.
Treat client with respect.
Happy to do extra jobs to make his life easier and as comfortable as possible.
They are always punctual and give a list of times they will visit.

Nesscare helped care for my mother with Alzheimer's after a hospital stay.
They are really lovely and caring people, who are organized and very professional. Their Nursing backgrounds really gave me confidence in their ability to look after Mum ensuring she had medication, was clean and in bed safely.
I wish we had found them sooner!

Nesscare , are a very professional but also kind care team.They always get in touch with me ,when they are concerned about my Mum .This gives me peace of mind as I live a few hours away and know they will take care of her until I get there.

I literally could not manage without the Care provided by Nesscare. I rely on it absolutely in the care of my husband who has dementia and prostate cancer. Every carer is patient, helpful and supportive. Because of this I feel supported as well. I rely on the fact that they are always on time. On the
very rare occasion that they have had to spend extra time with a previous client, I have received a text message to let me know. This gives me peace of mind which is invaluable.

I have several care issues Nesscare have to deal with. They put a great deal of thought into deciding how best to care for me which they carry out with great knowledge, professionalism and friendliness. My thoughts are sought at all times and any medical, health and safety concerns are fully explained
to me. My business partner is a hard nosed business woman. After watching the carers in action several times she was so impressed and relieved at how Nesscare were looking after me.

Nesscare undertook non residential care of my mother who along with suffering with Alzheimer's also at 94 has very limited mobility. Her residential carer at the time was my late father of 91 years. The care the manager and her team gave to my mother was wonderful, attending three times a day to assist
her to the toilet, changing her, clothing her and getting into & out of bed. On the occasions when I had to contact the manager she was ALWAYS available and on the very rare occasions that she couldn't take my call, contacted me soon after me leaving her a message. They were extremely flexible to her needs & on the occasions where care was not required (if I was taking them out for lunch etc), even at late notice. On the morning of my father's passing the manager herself attended to look after mum whilst I dealt with the traumatic circumstances of dad's death. Demonstrating her compassion & professionalism. I cannot thank Nesscare enough for the care they provided for mum & recommend them most highly.

I am extremely pleased with my care from Nesscare. I was visited prior to my care starting to discuss my needs, and these have been met since on every occasion. All staff are friendly, but professional and always treat me with dignity and respect. Communication is very much two way and I look forward
to my two visits each day. I would definitely use this company again should I need care in the future.

I am a neighbour of your patient who has been visited twice a.day by your carers.
They are extremely polite, caring and considerate. His health has improved greatly. The twice daily visits to him which includes a chat have been very beneficial.
I have spoken to the carers on occasion and have always
found them very polite and pleasant.
He has been very fortunate to have been helped by these carers and I know he appreciates everything they have done for him.
