We feel very fortunate and blessed to have had these carers looking after mum, they are punctual and should they need to inform you of any lateness they phone ahead to give you an explanation, not that this happens often I would like to add. Always without fail have a huge smile and are so polite and respectful of my parents home. They knock before entering, clean up after themselves can not really pull them up on anything. If you have teething issues I would recommend contacting them as I can reassure you anything is not too much trouble and its sorted the very next visit. With this company you will get good old fashioned caring. Wongai is a absolute credit to this company along with others. I would highly recommend these. We will miss them now that mum has gone into respite care then on from there as a permanent resident in a care home. I would like to thank you from all the family "THANK YOU SO SO MUCH" X
