I occasionally go over to my friend's grandparents with him, and usually the carers come while we're there. They're always very polite and friendly, and Dennis and Tricia seem very happy to see them. The carers make them nice meals and have fun chatting and laughing with them. It's really nice to see they're not just doing their job, but making sure Dennis and Tricia are happy too.

I visit my grandparents fairly regularly on random days, and whenever I go and the carers are there, I'm always very impressed by them. They show great care for both of them, not just coming in and doing the job, but getting to know them and what they like, having in jokes and making them smile and laugh. They put their favourite music on, keep them both well groomed and during the social time they do jigsaws with my nan. My nan has said many times how great they are and how lucky she feels to have them. She always looks forward to them coming. Though my grandad doesn't say much with his dementia, he always smiles brightly when he sees them and has a little joke with them, which is so nice to see.

The managers are very supportive and go above and beyond to help us. With the help of two carers encouraging nan and sorting out the logistics, we were even able to get nan and grandad out of the house for a meal down the road for the first time in ages. Nan is now keen to go out more often.

we have been using caring with dignity now for over 12 months for my father in law. after receiving awful care from our previous provider we reached out to caring with dignity. from the initial meeting we knew they would look after our father well. they spend the full 1 hour call with him (previously company would be gone after 10 minutes) they also use a set team so only 2/3 people go in, as continuity with carers is key for my father in law. they go above and beyond and honestly have been a breath of fresh air! we have recommended to friends who also use now for relatives. if your looking for a team that go above and beyond, care for your relative with compassion and attentiveness, then they are a must! Caring with dignity do exactly what there name says care with dignity!

Company services second to none and support us as a family. My mom and stepdads faces light up when the carers walk in the room and they are always clean well fed and happy. But for this amazing company giving such wonderful care and support i would have to look at moving them into a home. They go over and above and help me and all so happy and kind nothing too much trouble. I know from carers support meetings via my work how lucky we are to have such a wonderful 100% reliable carers and how happy my mom and stepdad are.

I have 100/% peace of mind that my mother is receiving the best care possible ,which enables me to carry on with my own life , she has a very good relationship with all the staff that go in to see her even though she has dementia , you can see that the staff have formed a fondness for her
She is treated with the dignity & respect she deserves , Always clean &well dressed , no nasty smells , &to be honest the house is cleaner now than before this company came as they do more than personal care , I'd go as far to say they go above & beyond , she has breakfast , lunch , tea at roughly the same time every day , bedtimes probably abit early but she's always tired these days so suits her ,
Numerous times a doctor or ambulance has been called when she's not been well , medication given on time ,I can see on the app when & what time of the day the staff go in and when they leave , any query's I have are answered and sorted promptly by the lovely manager who

I would them recommend to anyone

Sandrea Mosses Job Title: Manager
Sandrea Mosses

I have worked in senior positions in social care, in residential and nursing homes, and the community, for over 35 years.

I hold higher-level qualifications in:
• Social work
• Health and safety
• Ergonomics

• Teaching

During the Covid period, I was head of Health, Safety, Fire, Security and Moving and Handling for the Royal Cornwall Hospital Trust, covering the whole of Cornwall. Later, before returning to the Midlands, I held a similar position as an Interim Manager for Devon Partnership Trust.

I worked for 7 years as a Director of Operations for a group of care homes, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the homes and 2 years as a specialist advisor to the Care Quality Commission.

Caring with Dignity Limited was a dream. We decided before our retirement that we wanted to set up a domiciliary care agency with a difference. Where the care was led around a person's needs, rather than a prescriptive list of what we could and could not do. An old-fashioned type of agency where we would collect your paperwork on the way to the call, go and get you a tub of ice cream or a bit of shopping, that didn’t appear on any list, but was something you needed.
