Infinity Care 365

My husband needed care, and I needed help, but we were reluctant to have carers into our home. We needn't have worried as Infinity Care were just what we needed. The team that came were kind, respectful and patient under difficult circumstances. My husband gradually accepted the help, giving me a bit of respite.

Overall the carers are kind and polite and flexible with what they do for my husband. The office staff are very helpful and supportive. All the staff and carers are always friendly, positive and supportive to both my husband and I.

I need not have worried. Fortune and her company of delightful men and women were all caring, polite, respectful and extremely thoughtful about everything they did and not once did I have any doubt that we had made the right decision to bring him home. My husband was in their care for several weeks and loved hearing them arrive at the door to do all those things for him that I wasn't able to do. Towards the end when he was completely incapable of doing anything for himself he still smiled as they walked into his room. Thank you Fortune for creating your wonderful company and making life so much easier for me at a time when I really needed people like you on my side.

All the carers were kind, caring and very patient and supportive. They took excellent care of the patient and all had been very well trained. It was a very positive experience.

Sweet compassionate thorough professional care. Really touched by the two nurses who provided night care to my dad. They not only cared for him beaitifully but reassured us all and helped us manage at such a difficult time. So grateful that he had the very best care possible. Thank you very much! Sorry this review belated-so busy following the sad death of a relative,even when expected. The most important thing for our family is that my mother's last few months were very peaceful, dignified, full of live even at times fun and uplifting. The manager of this care provider is extremely helpful, sensible, easy to communicate with and made herself available whenever necessary. Her team of carers were exceptional. Every one was professional, reliable, friendly, polite, sensible and went over and above (doing more than just caring when they could see their time might be better spent helping other ways.)They checked-in with my mother and me at the beginning of every visit, finding out what both parties particularly wanted to achieve that day.eg hair wash,can't praise them enough for emotional support, experience, listening and advising when asked for reassurance on our decision-making,recommended when to contact the GP/hospice,products to buy to make life easier.

Visiting care staff were prompt, reliable, friendly and empathetic. The initial assessment (to establish the extent of care needed) was conducted at short notice, with an immediate proposal offered for a structured care programme (bathing, bed changing, supervision of medicine administration). Charges for this service were excellent value for the first rate service delivered.

Staff are all very cheerful and positive and helpful. They are flexible on timing, sometimes they may be late but it would be for a good reason and they fit in with us if we ask to change the time if we are out of the house. Everyone is very professional.

This company looked after an elderly relative of mine and I found the service to be appalling. The staff did not care and I found items to be missing from various rooms in the house. The responses on do not configure with my own. I found them to be evasive and they repeatedly do not give you the answers to simple questions when asked, all in the name of cost saving. The bond between carer and patient should never be broken yet in my experience this was done repeatedly and on a number of different levels, the recourse from the owner was insufficient and unforthcoming. Please avoid this company at all costs and look elsewhere for trustworthy care providers.

This company cared for my father for almost 12 months. There were fundamental flaws in the care service that he received. Having cancelled the contract and sought to subsequently pick up issues with management we have had no support or attempt to reconcile our deep concerns. These included missing and broken items from the house, general condition of cleanliness especially of kitchen area. We have been met with deaf ears and no personal contact or rectification from management. The family are devastated by the behaviour of some of the staff and my father is also broken by some of the behaviour. I would not recommend anyone employing this company. I have had to give 1 star however in reality they deserve nil.

As a family, we use Infinity Care 365 for live in care for our father as he has dementia and Parkinson's. We started with a few hours a day, then all day, and as his needs have changed we have moved to live in. We have been unbelievably impressed with all the personnel we have met. The carers are kind and considerate and attend all his medical appointments with a member of the family so they can understand any changes that are needed to improve the care they offer. They understand he loves to attend church every week and ensure an extra staff member is on hand to help him to and from the church. They do all sorts of exercises with him every day from normal stretching and assisted walking to doing puzzles and crosswords with him to help keep his brain active as much as possible. Weather permitting, he is taken out for a walk in his wheelchair as often as possible. The management team visit frequently to ensure all is well and that the staff and we as a family are happy with everything.

This company looked after my father for 12 months. They were unreliable, we found many items missing and broken after contract termination. White goods left in dirty and unclean state (not to mention unhygienic). Also emerged they were driving family cars potentially uninsured. I would not recommend.

Absolutely outstanding care has been provided for our father. The staff are super kind and always respectful. We would, and have, highly recommend Infinitycare365 to anyone looking for superb service and care for their loved ones who need support.

I am very happy with the care I have had the staff are all very professional and helpful. The only thing that has upset me is sending my lead carers to help another client for two weeks. I would accept it if he was going on holiday or on special training but not to the other clients for two weeks.

All the carers at Infinity Care 365 are an absolutely amazing group of people. They cared for my wife in her final weeks before she passed, and could not have been more caring or loving to her. They never compromised her dignity which she kept right to the end. Nothing was ever too much and they would go out of their way to help in any way that they could. They always wore a smile and were never downbeat, which would always lift us up in the morning. At her passing, they sat with us and cried with us. I can't speak more highly of them. Simply outstanding.
