Difficult to assess staff as some are very good and some are excellent, so my choice could be either. Overall this is a quality company and provides an excellent quality of care.

My sisters and I all live quite far from dad so it was very important to feel confident that he was being well looked after - and this was most certainly the case. All the staff I met were delightful and dad was happy in their care. The management team were superb, keeping us very well informed and generally going above and beyond expectations.

The company have well run systems which notify us accurately of our weekly schedule, invoice us promptly, and inform us of any notable observations from a visit. Transition across Carer holidays has been seamless. Our Carer goes beyond delivering the service, he adds a little joy and fun to every visit which is very welcome and appreciated during these challenging times. JS Care4 All are a very good care agency. My mum was cared for on a regular basis for close to 2 years. It was because of the high quality of care that was provided mum was able to stay home rather than go into a care home.All staff were very kind and nothing was too much trouble. It was lovely to have an agency Manager who was always at the end of the phone re any concerns.I was also phoned and informed of any concerns the carer had.Care could be changed or added at very short notice. This was very good and at times was used. The agency also provided notes after each visit and this was very useful as able to see how mum was doing. This care agency are simply the best. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing any kind of care whether regular or on a temporary basis.Thankyou, JSCare, for letting my mum get her final wish which was to die at home.

JS Care have been brilliant. My dad was really struggling at home so we had a meeting with the manager and went from there. The manager was very professional and each carer my dad has are always friendly and he is able to have a good laugh with them every morning which is very important to my dad. They feed back any concerns to me straight away and even added an extra visit one day when he had a fall in the garden. They have improved all our lives immensely Many thanks.

I am so pleased we were referred to JS Care for All once the authority-related care had stopped. This is an exceptional agency and one that I would recommend unreservedly. Nothing is too much for them and their overall care is brilliant. Any health worries are referred to me immediately and an offer is always made for them to contact the appropriate Healthcare service. This is an agency that is there for you and not you for them.

This firm is well set up and organised. They provide male personal care for my husband and staff are always polite, caring and helpful. If changes to timing are required we are told, not always with our agreement although I understand why it fits in better with their planning. We are advised when carers are delayed. Personal care is hard to accept, but they do try very hard to help us. If any problem occurred, I would contact the care provider.
