Overall Experience

I am very happy with my carers, they do what I ask of them. Meals are good, dinner, pudding and tea or coffee, which ever I want, I enjoy the company, a chat, a laugh etc. The come morning + evening - what more can I say oh they see to my laundering, I love + care about my carers. I am 92 on the 1st May.

Overall Experience

Professional, calm, reassuring, reliable and excellent care skills and advice were received for my elderly mother. We were put at ease from the first phone call received.

Good Hands are attentive to detail and were able to accommodate changes at very short notice. Very friendly also and able to provide daily feedback. would not hesitate to reuse them when needed again and recommend the team to anyone whether they require day or night care.

Overall Experience

I cannot thank this care company enough for the incredible support they have given my brother. When he was homeless and struggling with serious psychiatric problems, we were at one of the lowest points of our lives. Their team stepped in with compassion, professionalism, and genuine care, and they have truly been lifesavers.
They have supported him with his mental health needs every step of the way, treating him with dignity and respect. The difference in him since they became involved has been amazing to see. He now has stability, support, and people who genuinely care about his wellbeing.

As a family member, I finally feel able to sleep at night knowing he is safe and being looked after properly. I am so grateful for everything they have done and continue to do. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of mental health and support services.

Overall Experience

Overall, I am satisfied with my experience of the care provider. Most of the staff members are friendly enough, though one or two can be a bit difficult to relate to. The staff are happy to oblige in completing the tasks asked of them, however, ensuring that my daily routine is eventually remembered can take time.

A decent care service run well by the owner who is very considerate for your needs.Adaptable to personal requirements. Owner will often come out on call if necessary. Carers are friendly and supportive.
