I am very happy with my carers, they do what I ask of them. Meals are good, dinner, pudding and tea or coffee, which ever I want, I enjoy the company, a chat, a laugh etc. The come morning + evening - what more can I say oh they see to my laundering, I love + care about my carers. I am 92 on the 1st May.
Good Hands are attentive to detail and were able to accommodate changes at very short notice. Very friendly also and able to provide daily feedback. would not hesitate to reuse them when needed again and recommend the team to anyone whether they require day or night care.

Overall, I am satisfied with my experience of the care provider. Most of the staff members are friendly enough, though one or two can be a bit difficult to relate to.
