I like to get busy, so when not at work, I get busy with the garden. I like growing vegetables, I’ve got a few fruit trees - pears, apples, plums, blueberries, grapes and raspberries. I grow lots of strawberries which I share with the squirrels who sneak in the garden to help themselves.

I enjoy babysitting the grandchildren and going for walks.

I am Anjali Bhartal working as a care provider and support worker for Catherine Homecare Ltd since 2023. I have gained valuable experience working with seniors, conducting teamwork, handling clients and coordinating professionally which has given me the chance to have a better understanding of my role within the organisation. Before this, I worked for an NGO in Nepal that provided care for the elderly, disabled and orphans. I also did volunteer work and have always had a passion for helping people and enjoy providing the highest quality care.

I am dedicated, observant, reliable and a friendly person. Being in this position is very rewarding and I enjoy making a difference in people's lives. I finished high school and ever since have been working as a health assistant in different organisations. I wish to pursue my career in the same field finish as a qualified Nurse and run a similar organisation.

Aside from work, I enjoy learning languages, singing, reading books and engaging in activities such as meditation, which provide me with peace, calm and help me stay grounded.

I started my career with Catherine Homecare in July 2024 as a Care and Support Worker. I have gained a lot of experience in this field and I am now more confident in performing my duties and responsibilities due to the support I receive from my manager as well as through the training, induction and shadowing I received before I commenced work.

I’m a self-motivated, dedicated, hard-working, compassionate and approachable person.

I enjoy cooking, I am always exploring new recipes, and have proven my ability to make delicious Indian Cuisine dishes for my friends and family gatherings.

I graduated with a first class in Electronics and I have more than five years of experience in Customer Support and voluntary Teaching Assistant roles.

I am a self-driven, compassionate, empathetic, dedicated, and responsive Deputy Care Manager with over 15 years of experience working in the care industry. I am an energetic self-starter and team player able to navigate high-stress situations. I enjoy working with people having gained experience working with young people, adults and the elderly, people with special needs as well as those with mental health conditions.

Despite having gained a degree in Bachelor of Commerce/Accounting I decided to join the care sector, that’s where my passion lies, caring and serving the vulnerable.

I joined Catherine Homecare Ltd in September 2023. I enjoy the flexibility of the job, the teamwork and the support I get from team members.

I started providing my services to Catherine Homecare Ltd in September 2023 as the company’s recruitment consultant. I offer my consulting services to the company whenever there is a need to recruit new staff. It is important to recruit staff who are passionate about caring for people, staff who are patient and empathetic to the needs of the clients, and staff who are honest and trustworthy.

I am a Registered Care Manager by profession and happy to work with Catherine Homecare to recruit the best carers; there would be no business if it wasn’t for the carers who are on the ground representing the company, they are the cornerstone of the business.
