The care provided was exactly what I needed in order to take a break from my caring duties. The care was provided as requested and as far as I could see did not disrupt my wife's normal routine, which was very important. The carer took over my duties with a minimum of fuss, and did as much as possible
in my absence. Everything integrated well with my existing carers and the district nurses (for insulin dosing). I returned to find that I had nothing to do to get straight back into my caring duties. I will certainly use Prestige again as needed in future.

The wonderful team from Prestige care have been looking after our mum for 12 months and we as a family could not have managed without them. Mum loved the attention and assistance they gave her. They were kind and thoughtful not only to mum but also to us and communicated regularly with us.
We would
highly recommend them to any family in a similar situation to ours.
The patience they had with mum was amazing far more than we ourselves had.
Mum is now in full time residential care and they even visited her in the home, very caring indeed.
I personally could not have managed without their support.

Very happy with the care that we get from Prestige Care, always on time and if any problems with traffic resulting in being a little late I am informed. My wife who has Alzheimer can be difficult at times but the carer always takes time to calm her and keeps her busy doing or helping with light jobs.

I can honestly say that the care from Prestige Care Solutions for my wife was excellent over the fifteen months they cared for her. The carers patiently got her out of bed each morning and showered her before dressing her. The agency has a personal and caring team that did their best to make my wife’s
life as good as it could be. I can thoroughly recommend them.

The staff are very attentive to my father. They have encouraged him to eat (when he doesn't feel hungry due to his health condition).
The staff have also encouraged and prompted my father to take his medication, as he can sometimes forget to do so.
My father's carers have performed cleaning duties
to help with his day-to-day activities, along with encouraging and taking him for short walks.
I want to thank the staff for their patience and time with my father.
