Jeff Jen Care Plus

I am a highly trained Registered Mental Health Nurse by background with over 32 years of experience. I have worked in the NHS for about 26 years, both as a community nurse, inpatient, older adults, children etc.

I come with all the experience from my backgroud as a mental health nurse ethically driven and started Jeff Jen Care Plus for over 10 years now to impact society and people around me. I have a proven record in leading complex care services across diverse client groups including individuals with medical, developmental and behavioural needs. I have implemented robust systems that ensure regulatory compliance, person centred care approaches that intergrate emotional, physical and social wellbeing and staff empowerment. Combining strategic oversight with hands-on approach to leadership, fostering a culture of safety, dignity and continous improvement.

My commitment is to redefine care leadership through ethical practice, sustainable systems and compapassionate service through empowering staff and clients alike through transparency, education and innovation.
