The user can be difficult but the carers handle this well. They do the job efficiently. The carers give good advice to me and I follow the advice. The carers always make the scheduled visits which is very reassuring to me. The carers established a rapport with the user such that she responds to them
when they arrive.

I have been using Jeff Jen care service for approximately one year. The care has been satisfactory but not as efficient as the first few months when I had a main different carer. It is just a matter of caring for Roger - there is no medication or cooking involved - so I would have thought there was
time for meticulous care and cleanliness to be completed. I must stress the three carers who came are all very nice and cheer Roger when he sees them and I would like to thank them for all the help they give.

As a very elderly and vulnerable man. My Father is unsure and worries about who is coming when his regular carers are on annual leave, it is not really explained to him. Also he says when he had this visit he raised concerns that the lunch care and teatime care were sometimes too close together, but
so far nothing seems to have done in regards to that.

The office was very accommodating with my required dates and call times, sometimes at short notice. The carer remembered my routine, even after 12 months had passed since the last time. The carer was always punctual, efficient, kind and good company.

I am a highly trained Registered Mental Health Nurse by background with over 32 years of experience. I have worked in the NHS for about 26 years, both as a community nurse, inpatient, older adults, and children etc.


I come with all the experience from my background as a mental health nurse, ethically driven and have been running Jeff Jen Care Plus for over 10 years now to impact society and people around me. I have a proven record in leading complex care services across diverse client groups, including individuals with medical, developmental and behavioural needs. I have implemented robust systems that ensure regulatory compliance, person-centred care approaches that integrate emotional, physical and social wellbeing and staff empowerment. Combining strategic oversight with a hands-on approach to leadership, fostering a culture of safety, dignity and continuous improvement.
