The office was very accommodating with my required dates and call times, sometimes at short notice. The carer remembered my routine, even after 12 months had passed since the last time. The carer was always punctual, efficient, kind and good company.

Jeff Jen supported our mother throughout her final years of her life. They showed kindness, compassion and support to both her and her family. If any problems arose; they were addressed promptly and efficiently dealt with. We would highly recommend Jeff Jen as care providers.

Always make scheduled visits every day, including bank holidays. No cancelled home visits, which is reassuring to the client. Good communication with carers and with the office. Carers do tasks efficiently and quickly. They have established a good rapport with the patient. They clean up as needed after
toileting activity. Female carers for female patients. Mainly, only two carers are involved, so this helps rapport.

I am a highly trained Registered Mental Health Nurse by background with over 32 years of experience. I have worked in the NHS for about 26 years, both as a community nurse, inpatient, older adults, and children etc.


I come with all the experience from my background as a mental health nurse, ethically driven and have been running Jeff Jen Care Plus for over 10 years now to impact society and people around me. I have a proven record in leading complex care services across diverse client groups, including individuals with medical, developmental and behavioural needs. I have implemented robust systems that ensure regulatory compliance, person-centred care approaches that integrate emotional, physical and social wellbeing and staff empowerment. Combining strategic oversight with a hands-on approach to leadership, fostering a culture of safety, dignity and continuous improvement.
