Although the care we received was only for a very short time, the service and professionalism of the whole team was absolutely outstanding. They responded to a telephone call very quickly and arranged for overnight coverage to start within 24 hours. The family will have no hesitation in using them again should the need arise.

10 months in we are really impressed with the high standards of KCAH, the admin is first class and the staff brilliant. Helen, our regular homehelp is brilliant. Altogether a super find and highlt recommended.

Lisa answered my call during a stressful time when we needed a quick response to a critical situation. She was kind, empathatic and had a "can do" proactive and practical approach to resolving our issue. A care plan was put in place within days and since this time the care that my family has received has been second to none. Each member of the team is warm, friendly, patient centric and genuinely cares about the people they are looking after. I don't often write reviews but I felt compelled to do so in this instance as the support we have received and continue to receive is exemplary and has provided a huge sense of relief to everyone concerned. I could not recommend Kings Care, Lisa and her team highly enough, thank you to all the team for everything you have done to date and continue to do.

My daughter receives live in care from Kings Care at Home and they have been exceptional. My daughter has had live in care for over 10 years and we have never had a company so supportive and understanding of her needs. For the first time she feels listened to and in control of her own care/life. The management team actual just call in to see she is ok and ask how things are going . They help and support her in a holistic way not just with day to day care . We could not be more happy with the company and would highly recommend them.

The care team are brilliant. They are kind, caring and so patient with mum and dad who both have well set in dementia. Both carers have managed all the difficult times with such professionalism and calm. All care standards are high and I feel so lucky that I found Kings Care for mum and dad.

A really wonderful team of thoughtful and caring people looking after my Mum helping her to live a full life independently. Lots of different personalities that keep Mum stimulated and interested in life and it's goings on!

Very reliable with warm and friendly companions. Even though my husband is reluctant to accept that it is good for him to have companionship while I have a break he is perfectly happy while they are here.

The level of care I have received in the last few weeks is the best I have ever had and the genuine family feeling I get from the all the staff proves to me that,unlike other companies, the health & wellbeing of the clients is the number one priority.

In the last month I am feeling both physically and mentally better than I have for a long time. Nothing is too much trouble I don't have the feeling of a client/agency relationship but one of a fantastic team of people helping and enabling me to live my best life.
