Care Time UK looked after both my parents after they were both hospitalised in February 2025 until their passing 2025/26 Upon discharge they were there to welcome my Dad home and help and support me through an unknown and a really difficult process. Moving on they supported both my parents at home with complete professionalism until the end of life. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, the staff lived in and were completely on board, incredibly approachable and I couldn't have managed without them.
An incredibly helpful organisation caring and guiding the family through this complex time. I would strongly recommend Care time UK to everyone.

Excellent care company all round. Since my mother has been under caretime she has made a remarkable improvement. Carers are very kind and ensure that all her needs are met.
The carers also spend time talking to my mum and some of them have become very close to her.

The team from Care Time has supported me for two years, and I cannot speak highly enough of them. Letting people into your home can feel daunting, but my carers quickly put me at ease with their kindness and professionalism. They have been excellent in their work, and I especially appreciate how warm and comfortable they are around children, which has always been important to me.
Management has also listened to my preferences, and I hope the high standard of care continues consistently without interruption.

The team from Care time helped us for over a year, I cannot speak highly enough of them. All of my initial fears of having people in our home disappeared with the kindness and care we experienced from all of the team at a really difficult and worrying time. They have helped my husband re build his health and independance, We really miss them and their professional and caring help.
They supported me too with any help I needed in the house and nothing was too much or too difficult, they were always smiling and fun to be around.
