Twinic has given excellent care to our mother for the past few months, enabling her to remain in her home for a much longer period than would have been possible without their services.
Mum's carers were always pleasant, punctual, polite and extremely sympathetic to her specific needs, her personal care being handled with dignity, care, respect and understanding of her needs.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Twinic to anyone seeking personal care for a loved one.

Overall Experience

Twinic has been caring for my father for two weeks now and he is very happy with his care. The carers are very thorough and gentle with him. Nothing is too much trouble. Whilst not the cheapest care company, they do make good use of the time.

Overall Experience

The carers are so helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Very flexible in supporting the family so we can take Dad out, ensuring he keeps connections with family and friends. Giving us peace of mind. Dad loves their company and looks forward to seeing them each day.

Overall Experience

Twinic gives excellent care to my mum, they have been looking after her since January 2023. Mum really wasn’t happy with the thought of having carers but quickly realised that they are there to help her stay in her home. The carers do things how she wants them done. Calls are at the allocated time and the staff are punctual and polite. Personal care is given with respect and care. Thank you for enabling Mum to stay in her own home.
